I have been ordering from EnjoyDokha for 2 and a half years and they have impeccable service and customer support. All the dokha I have ordered has been fresh, giving a good buzz, and fast. Typically orders arrive within 3-5 days. My order was lost once, and I was sent another package right away by Alex after we confirmed it was lost in transit. Highly recommend.

Honestly i have always been a fan of dokha and it was very difficult for me to find yousef rida or trex in the uk but then i stumbled upon enjoy dokha and been ordering ever since

Resolved: Order stuck with no support from Enjoy Dokha!
I made 2 orders on Enjoy Dokha on the 1st of July. my order got to my country in 2 days but got stuck in customs as they declared the tobacco as filters with an incorrect amount.
The customs office sent me a notice to send them a new airway bill and customs declaration after which I contacted Enjoy Dokha on 2 occasions for a resolution.
UPDATE: I got a call from the manager instantaneously and he addressed the miscommunication. Also appreciate the Quick and efficient resolution of a same day re-ship that they provided!! Thank you for the exemplary post sales support Alex :)

Dear Keith, thank you for your feedback. I have checked our system and have not received any emails from you. Please contact our support on service@enjoy-dokha.co.uk and we will support you with your order whether that be send a replacement or arrange a full refund.
Your order was shipped on 1st July with FedEx couriers and tracking number 770845478744. Your order has been held by Indian Customs, something that is unfortunately out of our control. We have however been in contact with our shipping agents multiple times giving them all required details of your shipment to try and clear your parcel for delivery - something we do for every customer. The problem is because Dokha is Tobacco, it needs special clearance and Covid-19 has caused a lot of delays in India.
We really do try our best to support all customers with any problems with orders as past reviews will show, it's really sad for us to receive a 1 star review as this effects our small business very much.

Always the best product and super-fast shipping!
Due to lockdown I have not been able to travel to the Middle East and stock up on Dokha but Enjoy Dokha always comes through with the best quality you can get! Will definitely continue being a regular customer, one hope is that ordering in bulk (20+ bottles) could be a little cheaper but I understand fully the costs of shipping to the UK, tax etc.

Silver starter kit ordered
I ordered the silver starter kit from them, LOVED IT. Iv been having dokha for years in UAE, been craving it for so long. Finally I have an authentic place to order stuff from. At first I was a little skeptical regarding the freshness of the products, but the dokha was as fresh as it gets. The blends are just as good as when I used to have them in UAE. Customer service is amazing, will pick up your call immediately, answer your emails. Excellent.

They have the best Dokha flavors straight from the source. I've bought from other people and their products were not good. I wouldn't recommend to buy from anyone else except Enjoy Dokha Tobacco. Shipping is fast as well
