The agent
The agent, Patrice, who helped me was friendly, courteous, and really knew what she was doing. She was very helpful, answering all the questions I had. As far as Ensurum is concerned, it hasn't even been 24 hours since I signed up, so I really have no knowledge of the company itself (and I hope I never find out).
