Easy service to use to donate money to your favourite charities. You also get confirmation direct from the charity once processed, so you know the money is getting to the right place. Customer service was also excellent. I had chosen a monthly donation by mistake, instead of a one off payment. I contacted customer service via email about the issue. They were so polite and helpful. Their response was quick and they sorted my issue within a few hours! Exceptional service, Thank you Enthuse 10/10

I had an issue with my donation page, a mistake I had made when setting it up but Danielle Taylor was great in helping me find a solution even when I kept changing my mind on how I wanted to resolve it, she was quick to respond and very helpful!
