The power of communication
This is a review of Enthuse and specifically Emma the customer service manager, I rang up directly and got through within 2 rings. Helpful, open communication, which resulted in a great outcome. Highly recommended.

Jared was extremely helpful, solving all my problems and suggesting options that I didn't know existed. He made my experience so much easier and the end product was much superior to what I thought I could have produced. I cannot rate him highly enough I really look forward to working with him again
Helpful insight sessions
Regular catch ups and insight sessions with our Account Manager at Enthuse, Priya, are immensely helpful. I always go away from our calls with recommendations, actions to improve our supporter stewardship, and insights from the sector. So, I'm very grateful for our relationship with Enthuse.
No Guest Check Out Option
Annoying as it's impossible to donate as a guest user. You have to enter your full address and phone number, etc. I'd say many people leave when they get to this point which results in many lost donations.
Easy to use and good support
We have used Enthuse as an event platform for the last 3 years and have found it easy to set up and the support team are available if there are issues. It has enabled us to cut down on admin which has been very helpful. I developed a good relationship with Jared due to his enthusiastic and efficient approach.

Jared has been a font of knowledge, I would be truly lost without his guidance. In the past he has responded to any queries I have had promptly and been able to provide a solution - this instance has been the same. He also provides further information/guidance that he feels will enhance our user experience which is always greatly received.

We had a lovely time communicating with the Enthuse team on the Bath Half Marathon. They went above and beyond to make our sure experience was 11/10 both in the build up and on the day.
Amazing support!
Relate NI have been using Enthuse for a couple of years now, and I can't recommend the platform enough! It creates a seamless user- journey and an easier journey for charities to run events and raise money. Jared Monaghan has supported Relate NI from signing up to Enthuse, ideas for fundraisers, and anything else that we needed support for. Jared has been a great help to us in developing our online donation and events platform, and we can't thank him enough.
Reviews look a little stage managed imho
My biggest observation is that all the positive reviews come from people who have only ever left one review (or perhaps two max). Nearly all of the 'regular' users of Trust Pilot seem to be very critical of the difficulty of one off donations and the excessive 'tip' they take.
Enthuse made my donation almost impossible
The Enthuse software made my donation to the London Marathon a very difficult experience. The donation process just hung there forever. Tried lots of things. Eventually had to disable perfectly normal web protection add-ons. If you are a charity I strongly suggest you avoid Enthuse as their software must cause so many people to just give up like I nearly did!
Frustrating
Frustrating. I have to have an account with my name and email address just to donate? It’s none of your business. Just accept Apple Pay so it’s easy. Why on earth would you make it harder for people to donate!?
Highly recommend Enthuse for any online fundraising
Belvedere College SJ in Dublin Ireland has just completed a fundraising campaign managed by Enthuse. We raised over €360,000 with over €200,000 online through the Enthuse platform.
The customer service provided by Fiona and Luke on the Irish team was second to none.
I am very happy to recommend them if you need to run an online fundraising campaign.

seems very wrong to be charged a £4 'tip' on top of one's donation. Just Giving doesn't do this. I have the feeling this is a money making scam. appalling.
