Terrible experience and customer service
(3/6/26) I had to go through the process about six times of setting up the envelopes, and then it forced me to sign in but then not let me sign in and not let me reset my password. Once I went through your customer service to get it reset and I signed in, it kept dropping the items in my cart. Then I ordered two different sets of envelopes, and when I submitted the order, it only ordered one set. I reached out to customer service, and then, miraculously, it submitted the second order. After several days and several contacts with customer service, the order was submitted on Feb 17. I received one of the items early last week and am still waiting on the second item, which still says it is processing. Today, two and a half weeks later, I received an email stating that my envelopes actually cost $610.02 now, so I owe an additional $292.82.
Also during the process, I received an email from the CEO Adam, asking to leave this review and saying to reach out to him personally with any feedback. I did email him and explained the situation, and he never responded.

I am truly sorry for the experience you had and for the frustration it caused. What you described is not the level of service we want any of our customers to experience.
We are very sorry that our earlier emails regarding the order were not received sooner. We are currently reviewing this on our end to understand why those messages may not have reached you. In some cases, email providers may filter messages to spam depending on individual email settings. We always do our best to ensure our emails are delivered properly and do not get filtered.
I'm glad we did speak regarding this matter, and I want to mention again how much we regret that your experience did not reflect the service we strive to provide. Great service when I had a problem. Long turnaround time.
The service was great, however, the imprint was misaligned and off-centered. When I notified Envelopes.com, they immediately credited me the amount, so kuddos to them. If the imprint was aligned, they would have been perfect.
My other issue was that it took a very long time to get them in hand, at least 2.5 weeks after ordering. So make sure you plan ahead and order them early.

Great selection with fast shipping
I can't seem to find A1 envelopes through our regular paper suppliers, but I can always find them very easily at Envelopes.com -- with many options to choose from. Our customer likes the peel 'n seal envelopes, and I found that on here right away, in the color they wanted. I was very impressed how fast we received the order -- even our customer was surprised. Never had an issue ordering from this site. Good support and easy to navigate website.
