Envisagetrade Avis 

My initial contact with envisage was not positive due to The Range, However I quickly discovered that Envisage are an honest company who did everything they could quickly to try and rectify my issue to my satisfaction which they did. Friendly and helpful no problems with customer service.

I ordered a sofa 12 weeks ago from the range, the supplie was envisage trade, iv waited 12 weeks for the delivery, on the day of arrival it didn’t arrive, 3 days on still no sofa, iv messaged the range and envisage but still waiting for the supplier to update the range, communication is so poor it’s unreal, I’m no further forward on getting a date for delivery , it’s a joke, please don’t order anything from envisage, even the range don’t care as they say it’s nothing to do with them, so where do I go from here

I second this review. Stay away at all costs. Ordered a sofa, expected delivery date came and went, no sofa. I contacted them, they said they would be in contact to arrange a delivery date the following week. That never happened. I contacted the website I ordered the sofa through, they contacted Envisage Trading Ltd, no response

Edit- thankfully credit card chased and got my money back... Envisage would not have done this if it was not for them!

We ordered a 'Canolo Luxury RHF Corner Chaise Crush Velvet Sofa - Silver' (24th March 22). It arrived sooner than expected which was a nice surprise. Upon unwrapping, it's clearly faulty, not fit for purpose and certainly not sold as described.

The 2 sides to the L shape are different colours/ heights (as don't match), it's been stapled haphazardly resulting in sharp staples sticking out all over, the seams are loose, the cotton thread ill-matching (also coming apart), multiple stains all over and one of the seats isn't sufficiently filled. How it has passed checks we don't know.

On delivery day, we contacted The Range, as they sold is the product, to let them know, and was told it would be resolved quickly. Multiple photos were sent showing the issues. We were told because it's supplied by a 'Range Plus Partner' (Envisage Trade) that they need to wait for a response from them. Many emails to chase later and we are still no closer to getting this resolved. I've had to raise this as a credit card dispute now.

I was told several weeks ago that Envisage Trade should have contacted us on the 25th April to arrange the return and a replacement to be sent. We haven't been contacted. So more emails and delays. I have repeatedly said I would like a refund and the sofa to be collected. I have no faith in this product or supplier. The sofa was collected to dry but still no response from Envisage or the Range.

Given the issues, as as The Range are the retailer, who accepted payment, we would have expected them to have resolved this by now.

Utterly dreadful service and product! We ordered through The Range as thought we were using a reputable company. I would advise against buying any large products through Envisage Trade or The Range, Such a shame!
