Fast delivery and great sneakers

I grabbed a pair of Jordans from Enzo-London, and they arrived in just two days. The shoes were in perfect condition, and the process was so easy. Definitely my go-to for sneakers now!

Een ketting besteld


Een ketting besteld, duurde bijna 3 weken voor deze binnen was. Nu blijkt dat deze te kort is en wil ik deze graag ruilen voor een grotere. Al van 27 december 2024 aanhet proberen om contact te krijgen, via website via mail maar GEEN enkele reactie van enzo.

This is honestly the worst customer…

This is honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
For the first two weeks after placing the order I was wondering if the company isn’t a scam, honestly I still am, because the customer service is constantly lying to me. I understand that it is Black Friday and pre holiday season, but if somebody is telling you that the parcel is sent a long time ago there is just a problem “with the tracking” but it is on it’s way and you see it being sent after a week from that day you feel not respected and lied to. They don’t have many orders yet like little over 1000 (if you look at the order number you get) however they still can not manage anything that the online store should. I also had a problem with the sizing of the bracelet I have clicked 8inch but of course on the e-mail it said 7 inch. They told me that the right size will be sent, i wish I could tell you if it’s true however I still didn’t get my order after 3 weeks. Honestly the 3 large parcels I ordered week after this one from AUSTRALIA were delivered faster than their small bracelet from UK. And of course. This is the best part. I was assured that it is already sent just the problem with the tracking and it will arrive quick because it dispatched from Germany (which is next to Poland) and guess what, when I track it it is sent from UK a week after it was promised and still didn’t leave the country. I don’t understand the lies. The worst part is that they don’t have as many orders so imagine what happens if they will. Now they are not picking up the phone, two weeks ago I asked what courier company will deliver so I could track on different website- still no answer so I am only able to track on Enzo website which is horrible. I told them that I live a student life that this amount of money is a lot to me and this is a present for my boyfriends birthday that of course was two weeks ago - I told them at the beginning when something felt off that I want the money back because they didn’t send it yet but they didn’t want to cancel the order even if they dispatched after 8 days from that conversation. They answered that I don’t have to pick it up and it will be sent back if I don’t want it - therefore I would probably have my money frozen for 2 months. I wish there was even one review before I placed my order because now I am left without the present and without the money for a different one for my boyfriends birthday. I will update when it delivers if it will ever happen. Do not order from them unless you want to feel stressed for 3 weeks !!!
