I ordered a Diamond Art kit on the 9th May and have still not received it. I notice that these complaints have been going on for years, so my question is why is this company still able to continue trading? Paypal needs to stop dealing with this company.

Ordered in May and never received the order. Email inquiries were mostly ignored.

Ordered in May still nothing in July

I sincerely wish that I could rate this business a zero! Almost 2 months and still have not received my order or any replies to multiple emails! I paid with Paypal and submitted a dispute. Today I submitted a claim.

Poor communication and none of my items were shipped! Don't buy from these people!

Ordered a 5D Diamond Craft kit. STILL waiting for paypal to refund my money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY....it's a huge scam.

This is more than bad. I ordered the saw with extra blades all I ever received was the extra blades that was $100.00 and never received the tool that was supposed to come with the blades. Have sent emails, mailer-daemon unknown. Refuses to reply to any attempt to contact them. Do not order anything from this company they are scamming people!

I ordered the gloves, and never received them. They gladly took my money but will not return my phone calls or emails.

Ordered items over a month ago...never sent, never received.
No phone number, no address, no website...SCAM.
Waiting for Paypal to refund money.

I purchased what I thought would be a lovely warm jacket. Checked the sizing. The jacket eventually arrived, very thin and not warm at all and far too small. I asked to return it and was told to pay the return costs myself - to China - which would be credited to another item. I did not want this. Got in touch with Paypal, and finally was told to return the jacket to Canada, again paying the costs myself - £10.95. Fortunately, Paypal has a system whereby one can recover these costs. DO NOT BUY FROM WARMJACKET, they misrepresent everything.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! Don't by their Warm Jacket (otherwise known as warmjacket or warmparkajacket ). SCAM! You will never get it!

Shocking! sent me faulty goods then never replied to my emails. I claimed and appealed through Paypal but they refused my claim as the said I didn't send it recorded (Its was too bloody expensive to do that) so I am out of pocket to the tune of £95 with nothing to show.
Don't buy from this company at all, they are sheisters and PayPal arent much better! terrible experience
Oh and another thing, Paypal don't tell you, but they will refund you up to £15 to return something to a seller, You have to ask for it though! as they dont make it known

I never received what I ordered. They never responded to any emails, texts, or IMs I sent. It's been nearly 2 Months.

Why are reputable companies like Facebook and PayPal allowing this "company" to scam consumers?! It is OUTRAGEOUS and it must stop!!!

BUYER BEWARE: Do NOT buy anything from an ad you see on Facebook - apparently Facebook doesn't care if their users get scammed by a fake company that grifts people using their site. Not cool Facebook. I'm really disappointed in you. I'll be contacting the Better Business Bureau next.

i also wish i had read the reviews!!! same story as everyone else!!! ordered on june 10 and still have not received merchandise or refund!!! and pay pal has not helped at all either!! very disappointed!

Made purchase on March 3rd. And only received partial shipment. Many calls, emails and broken promises. Pay Pal Resolution Center seems to be dragging their heals and after spending $35.00+ to ship back to seller, I keep getting run around from Pay Pal. I'm out $115.00 plus return costs.
With all these negative reviews WHY is Pay Pal dealing with them?

Ordered goods 18th April 2017 Up till now have not received my goods nor have they replied to any of my emails .
Really think these companies should be shut down and brought to account We should all get our money back plus some sort of compensation. Surely something can be done to stop this procedure and people loosing money.

Fick min produkt men den fungerade inte troligtvis för att den inte passade som utlovat.Dom krävde produkten tillbaka för att godkänna returen varan kostade 15$ och returen 12$ så det var pengar bortkastade i sjön.

I ordered a toilet light and still yet two months later it has never came! this is a hoax of a business! Never buy from them!

They are selling fraudulent goods, with ficticous information. When you contact them, their response is, "it's not our problem"!

I filed claim with paypal, but it can take up to 30 days to get a refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
