Horrible experience. Login and change several times the questions but still not working. This is a big shit. Wtf is this?? Waste my time. Horrible

I have just tried to log onto the website for my husband to download his P60 for his Mirror Pension (for the accounant) - but it is down!

What a load of crap, was hoping someone on here could advise how to get it to work. I've reset my password 10 times now and its the same every time, my answers are not correct.

This is a "buggy" system to say the least but I'm trying to find a way to print up my P60/P45 from my last job and none of the buttons are working and there is no help - the button just doesn't work and the emails bounce back - I'm really stuck because of this! And you can't get anywhere with the front web page whose "buttons" don't work!!

What a complete waste of time trying to logon or reset the password. It's a complete pos and a waste of my time trying. It's as if they are trying to keep you from checking your pay.

I have reset my password countless times, the password just did not work! I am not stupid, know what my password is , but is a waste of time…. Absolute rubbish site,not worth your time…Admin has got an email address so they won’t answer your issues, instead you can go to a self login page , where your previous password won’t work. I took my iPhone to O2, 3 guys were on it to bloody reset this password, they gave it up! The problem is at epay site!

Yet again tried to login to download payslips and it won't work, OK until the code required for 2 factor authentication.
Just rejects the code time and time again.
Basically a totally piss-poor piece of shit.

If I didnt know better I'd think it was a scam. It is shocking frustrating! It simply DOES NOT WORK. Complete and utter waste of the hours I spent trying to imput codes that did not work.

Doesn't work. Can't login. Can't access anything. Would give it zero if could.

Try to log in phone remembers username and password soon as I try to log in it doesn't recognize it the old system the company had with bb data safe was perfect

Needed urgently to view my recent P60, and horror, was unable to open it, together with my past months of payslip’s. Maybe rather using my iPhone I will try my laptop

the log in process is full of glitches around the security questions and needs constant resetting. its a really frustrating platform

My company has forced this new payment system, the old system was fine, did not need a security questionnaire ( that isn’t fully functional) you can only have 1 word not the 3 that it claims on the questionnaire and answer must have 6 letters,

Very difficult set up. Inputting your own questions then answers then retyping answers to confirm and the site says incorrect. So frustrating, gave up try again tomorrow.

What a rubbish system. Disgusting authentication method. email never come.

I cant even login to see my pay, I've tried to renew my password more than 10 times but not received any emails to do so. I use same email and password for most things there is no chance I have entered it wrong.

I wash I could give a zero star,It never gave me access to my pay slips till date😡

worst service ever, never been able to access payslip, does not accept password or password change, ridiculous.

What a crap, Neither does my payslips open nor does the password reset even after around 100 attempts 👎

THIS SERVICE IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE!!! It doesnt even warrant 1 star but it's the only way to leave a review. I'm sick and tired of being unable to access my pay slips. The company I work for keep messing up my pay and as I can't access my pay slips I can't track what is going on. I have had to reset passwords and questions and when I do this it tells me the information I have given is incorrect, even after screenshotting answers to make sure they are the same!!! To add insult to injury there seems to be no way of contacting them to get help!! TOTALLY USELESS
