Epic Cellars Avis 

The whole experience selling with Epic Cellars was handled very professionally and went very smoothly. I sent photos and exchanged emails with Debbie Fedders, along with Krista Kane and Amy Magruder who kept me informed on the progress of transit. I was sent a safe box for shipping the wine UPS, along with a packing list and a printed shipping label with insurance. After receiving, it was paid quickly.

I of course was a little nervous of trusting an out of state business however, after doing a little research myself I decided to use Epic Cellars and it was the best choice I could have made. From start to finish the communication was very clear and timely , they made the process so simple for me I can’t imagine ever wanting to use a different business for selling my bottles. 11/10 in every aspect you could want, I’d say the whole process was no longer than about 10 days from the time I first reached out to my payment received. I would heavily recommend anybody who is considering selling any of their bottle collection to trust Epic Cellars!

Epic Cellars has been very professional. They offered fair amounts on each item. They were very responsive and kept in communication about next steps along the way. They made the process very easy. From the moment we both agreed to proceed, it went really fast. The entire team at Epic Cellars took part in making the process seamless and easy. I received a prepaid box of packaging materials a couple of days later (wow!!!!). And I knew exactly how to pack the bottle because they sent me a really cute video on how to pack it up. It was fun all around. And payment was made immediately upon receipt😃. Next time I'm gifted a bottle of something exquisite but not necessarily to my taste, I'll be back. 5 stars
