Work was mostly carried out satisfactorily but solar i boost is not communicating with the display downstairs. We rang you to tell you and someone was going to ring us back, but they never did.

We got a quick and effective response to a boiler breakdown during recent cold weather and have received excellent service for less urgent tasks previously.

Great service once again, all work completed at short notice, and I was kept informed of progress and of any issues at all times.

We have used Epic Global Group for a number of years, they are professional, reliable and friendly and we would recommend their services 100%.

This company is professional yet friendly, polite and helpful. They have carried out several different trades works in an older people environment including plumbing, electrical, ground works etc over some years now. Works are carried out promptly and tidily and all the staff are neatly turned out with visible Epic on their tops, really useful when working with older people. If you want a good job done tidily, efficiently and at reasonable cost I would say look no further than Epic Global Group.

Epic were extremely professional and prompt considering I had other trades to coordinate with the build work I had going on. They always managed to arrive in a timely fashion and had no difficulty in getting to grips with the next phase of the electrical installation, and noted when they would come for further work to be conducted. If there were any unforseen circumstances which more often than not are impossible to anticipate, they always immediately advised of these changes. Their standard of work is top notch. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
