I booked Michael to help open a safe for an elderly client that had misplaced her only safe key and could no longer access her safe once the batteries had gone in the panel.
Micheal not only provided a great and efficient service he also was able to put the client at ease with his professionalism and knowledge. He was polite, friendly and very patient. A first class job.
I would not hesitate to recommend Michael and will definitely call on him again if needed.

Front door lock repai
We had a new door installed, within 2 years it was really hard to lock/unlock. Michael came over for a free quote. Spent time investigating the issues. Explained the issues to us fully. Ordered the new part that was required, part was delivered and fitted the next day. I can't rate Michael highly enough.

Friendly, efficient and happy
Very friendly chap, was super efficient and happy to help. Came and removed a key snapped in the lock aswell as replaced in a very quick turnaround. I would highly recommend.

Speedy and professional
