Epicooler Avis 4

I ordered the Epicooler.They say it was attempted delivery twice home both times no delivery.Had no contact from any couriers on time or date of delivery.I am a disabled pensioner cannot afford to lose £250.Advert seems professional and slick don't be fooled.One mail said it had been shipped on the 23/05/26 three days later I had another mail on 26/05/26 saying it was ready for shipping.So either it was shipped or was due to be shipped one before the other makes no sense.Be Warned A Total Scam.Been trying to get a refund no packages have arrived no contact from supposed couriers.They have offered me a 25% refund.Bet you can guess what I said.I thought they had hanged Mr Turpin for highway robbery apparently he is reincarnated as a company called Epicooler!!!!

I ordered 2 units and got charged on top of the price of the units extended warranty, which I did not ask for or authorise, but they took an amount! I contacted customer services, they apologised and said we will cancel the order. I wrote back again and said that I did not want the order cancelled, I just wanted a refund for the extended warranty (£19.99) They did not reply, so I wrote again and again, still no reply, no order, but they have my money. I wanted to avoid writing this review, but if they do not reply to me what can I do? Now I need to find out how to get my money back from the company! As if life is not stressful enough. So at this stage I do not know if I am getting the units my refund, or a response, but I do know they are charging me £110.99 per unit and £19.99 for an unwanted extended warranty

I saw the advertisement and read all about it, then read the terms and conditions.
The ad states that Luke Wallace, saved his dad's business and 13 British jobs BUT THE T's & C's state that everything comes from China.
That's a warning not to buy and I didn't.

Whole website and product is total scam. Stating over 11000+ happy customers - fake.
Shows that cool down room up to 16° but reality is that is not cooling at all, just blowing room temperature air. Whole AC unit looks and feels really cheap and poor quality. Unbranded box ( sign of cheap products). Offering all sort of amounts of refund just to not send it back. Everyone must be aware of this cheap and really poor quality product.
