$1,078 Funds Frozen After Withdrawal Request
I deposited funds and traded normally with this broker.
When I requested a withdrawal, the broker rejected it and accused me of using a fake identity and violating trading rules, without providing any evidence.
My client cabinet was then blocked, and my $1,078 balance was frozen.
I was told to wait 48 hours for review, but after more than 48 hours, there was no update, no resolution, and no response from support.
If there were any identity or compliance issues, they should have been addressed before accepting deposits, not after a withdrawal request.
Until now, my funds have not been returned. I strongly warn other traders to be careful.

I participated in the 150 dollar no deposit bonus contest, I completed the contest conditions and after it ended I received an email notifying me that I had won, in the email they wanted me to record a video for them in order to receive the prize, personally if I had known there would be such a request before the contest I would never have participated, and they told me to compliment them in the video again, this is incredible I don’t know them though :) So I recorded a 30 second video as they requested and sent it, they said 14 hours, I waited exactly 24 hours and there was no sound and I contacted support, what do they say, do you like it? You haven’t uploaded a video, your video is not visible :D Waste of time, definitely do not trust such institutions.

Be very careful. This broker is a scam. He stole nearly $4000 from me and wouldn't let me withdraw. He deactivated my account for no reason and wouldn't let me withdraw. Support is also unresponsive.

I wanted to check the Depth of Market (DOM) on MT5, but it wasn’t displayed. a market maker, so they might not show it since they act as the counterparty to trades. However, they claimed to be an abook broker. When I messaged them, they first sent a screenshot from another broker showing DOM, saying there’s no issue, even though they didn’t offer silver on their ECN account. After hours, they admitted they’ve restricted public access to DOM. If you value honesty and transparency, it seems they may lack these qualities. They might be a market maker and not an A-Book broker. I hope I’m wrong, and they turn out to be a good broker. I’m sharing this for your judgment. Personally, I’ve decided against depositing funds with them
