I engaged Epic Sourcing AUS specifically to source lower MOQ packaging suppliers in China, beyond what I had already found independently on Alibaba. Their cost was $1977.80 to source 3 bottle sizes, 2 plastic one glass. Over the guaranteed timeframe I received (after prompting) 7 images of bottles - no details of customisation or company quotes. They told me it was difficult to find les than 5,000 MOQ for customisation (bottle colour, silk printing) which I knew myself after hundreds of hours on Alibaba, and hence why I engaged Epic Sourcing's help.
I expressed disappointment in the service I received and was told to my sadness they 'had delivered on all that they promised' and would not be refunding me. They also advised I do not take legal action as quote>

I was then offered a "goodwill" refund of only 30% $539.00 but only on the condition that I sign a formal Deed of Release with a "Hush Money" Condition to stay silent in exchange for their partial refund.
I have rejected this offer. I refuse to take "hush money" to hide the fact this service failed to deliver a viable supplier or actionable quote. My bank dispute is ongoing. Beware - they would rather spend energy on legal gag orders than on providing the service you pay for.
