I placed an order with them on March 17, 2022 and haven’t received it. I tried emailing and calling. No reply.

I bought an epic staff and it’s been over a year and I have not received it. It’s s SCAM don’t buy

Scammers scammed me out of $50+ Thank god for PayPal! Thankfully the site got taken down!

This is a absolutely terrible company that is a scamming genius. Never but from them. I ordered one 14 months ago and it hasn’t come.

I ordered a message Headgear never came lost 290.00 it's a scam will never see the merchandise or money and they use their name findepicstore.

Never buying anything from tiktok ever again unless it is from a good retailer like amazon or walmart thank god I used paypal to make the purchase so i got a refund in less than a month DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON SCAM

Ordered in March for my brother. Haven't gotten anything I even emailed them and never got a reply. Don't waste your money on this site cause you are not going to get it back.

I bought a sword and it’s a scam I never got it

It has been four months since I have ordered it and still nothing we have given up hopefully we can get a refund

So glad I made payment for this transaction (2 epic staffs) through PayPal. They were able to get my money back somehow and just today emailed me that I’m getting a refund. My sons found this on a YouTube and talked me into ordering for them. After about 3 months of emailing the company with no response I turned to PayPal for help. They did an investigation and determined I should get a refund.

This is one of the worst companies in history. They are taking advantage of children in all ages through tiktok and other platforms. The kids get excited because they are getting a new toy, but in fact they are just getting scammed. This is horrible and I do not understand how the company doesnt feel guilty about doing these types of scams.

I've been scammed just like everyone else!!! I ordered this for my son's bday and still haven't received it. I ordered it more than 8 weeks ahead of time thinking it was plenty of time. Reality seems to be I'm never going to get it. They took my money, gave me a bogus order /tracking number.

Same as the others. This company is a scam.

This “company” is a complete SCAM. I filed a complaint with the FTC and I encourage all who have been scammed by this company to do so as well so there can be a criminal investigation. *FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE FTC* so they can finally be held accountable! Their behavior is criminal- they will gladly collect money for “orders” they they do not intent on providing.
