My first experience with this company was with Dumi Solomons, who was a breath of fresh air!! I had dealt with a number of other healthcare providers out there who had been pushy, rushed and even outright rude. Episodic was my last call for the day on my quest to find medical insurance. What an absolute pleasure to deal with the staff at Episodic! Dumi was kind, patient and respectful. He was more than happy for me to take my time to decide if it was the right policy for me. I did eventually decide to go with Episodic as they offer very good cover. Dumi was away when I called to sign up and I next dealt with Caleb. He was very thorough when going through the final details and honest about certain aspects and what level would suit us best, even to the point of us having a lower premium. Celeb too was respectful, friendly and patient with my questions.
I highly recommend to give Episodic a call if you are looking for medical insurance.
