I was a little dubious about ordering a Christmas present from this little known company, but the Magic Rail Cube looked too good to pass up. I initially messed up the order, but customer service were quick to resolve the issue, even though it was a weekend, and I received prompt help via email and WhatsApp. The product arrived as promised and was a huge hit on Christmas Day. I agree that the 175 piece claim does include a lot of “filler” pieces, but it clearly depicts what is included on the website. All in all I was very happy with my experience and with what I received and am even considering ordering another set to expand on what we have.

The product first. We bought the Magic Rail Cube set with an extra train. It's absolutely brilliant. Whilst there are many layouts you can create in the leaflet that comes with it, it's very easy to make your own up. I've been playing it with my 2 and 5 year old grandsons and they love it and can make their own tracks up easily (a bit of help for the 2 year old, but he can put it together and take it apart on his own). Definitely good for problem solving and creativity by working out your own track layouts and figuring out what you need to change if you connect the track together in a way that wouldn't work.

Now onto Eprimoo themselves. In my family we always say that things can go wrong that can't always be helped. The real test of a company is how they handle that. One of the two trains we bought stopped working (we bought it for Christmas, it's now 8th Jan). I reported it to the support email and they asked me to send a video with very clear instructions of what they wanted me to show. I followed the instructions, sent the video, which showed the train was faulty. They have now sent me a replacement free of charge with no issues or arguments at all.

Can't say fairer than that really and would definitely recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again if they had another product we wanted.

Excellent customer service from this company. I needed to contact them to report a fault on one of the trains for the magic rail cube. Straight away they responded with an apology and sent a replacement train which has now arrived. I would have no hesitation about buying from them again and have recommended them to friends and family. Also, I have to add that the magic rail cube is great fun for both children and adults.

Great train sets. Customer service was excellent when helping me alter my order which needed to be done because of my mistakes. Would definitely buy from them again.

My grandson absolutely loved his magic rail set, we spent all day playing with it on Christmas Day. It’s exactly as advertised. I have since bought more trains for it and Eprimoo were great to deal with. If my grandson is happy then I’m ecstatic.

One star is too many. I ordered a toy which was unsuitable so I asked to return it. Even though they give a UK base and have a .Co.uk website suffix it has to be returned to China. This is a SCAM. Avoid!

My grandson is going to love this toy, eprimoo has been an excellent communicator all through this sale , a trust worthy company, highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+

The concept is pretty cool . However , I paid for the larger set and what i would say is that ….
1 . No English on the packaging so looks cheap
2. Although advertised as 115 pieces , many of this quantity is made up from extra useless parts and not track so if you want to expand and buy more track , it becomes very expensive as you are paying for minimal track and a lot of extra crap !

Eprimoo helped me out so 5* is not enough!!! I ordered the train set and it got delivered by wrong address … I needed it for my grandsons 4th birthday!! They could not be more helpful although it arrived a day late it arrived in less than a week!! My grandson loves it!!! Would recommend

One star is too many. This site is a huge scam I made an order of £135 total. Then tried to cancel WITHIN 12 hours as stated. They refused to cancel saying order already shipped , still recieved nothing and declined refund stating I have to PAY to send items back to CHINA even when registered in London. However I can’t send back what I do not have plus it’s going to cost around £30 to send anything to china and take about 3-4 weeks then they don’t respond to emails sent only messenger. Delete any bad feedback. DONT BOTHER WASTING YOUR MONEY OR TIME.

I bought the larger Magic Rail Cube set after seeing the adverts online, expecting 100 useful pieces to build creative tracks with my sons. What I received was extremely disappointing. The product is cheaply made, looks nothing like the adverts, and instead of 100 meaningful pieces, only around 25 were actual track parts—the rest were pointless filler items like tiny signs and trees.

To make things worse, although the website claims to be a UK company with a UK address, they insisted that any return had to be shipped back to a warehouse in China, at my expense. The return cost was completely unreasonable, and they refused to accept the item at their supposed UK office. After multiple emails back and forth, I had no choice but to escalate the issue through PayPal. PayPal refunded 50% and allowed me to keep the toy, but I would have preferred a full refund and to send it back. At that point, it was easier to cut my losses and move on.

I would never buy from this website again. They also claim to have a trust pilot score of 4.2 from over 800 reviews. That’s clearly a lie!

I cannot praise this company enough. There was an issue regarding delivery - caused by the carrier - and their customer service team could not have been more helpful. They offered me 2 solutions and kept me fully updated on the option I chose. The product itself – The Ultimate DIY Train Adventure magnetic rail toy - is fabulous and educational. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from start to finish. Track arrived promptly and is already a favourite for our grandson. Would highly recommend.

Doesn’t answer negative comments. I said I wanted to return as wasn’t like the the advert. Tracks are like a blue tape not resembling the zip like ones advertised. They said I can and will send Chinese address. They haven’t bothered. It’s so expensive to send to china too. Not a very open company. I’ve yet to try it out

I ordered from Eprimoo on 31 October and cancelled the next day (1 November) before the item was shipped. Despite ‘24/7 UK Support’ they ignored my cancellation and dispatched it on 3 November anyway.

Only after that did they then tell me returns must be sent back to China at my own cost, even though their website presents them as a UK retailer with a London address, UK phone number, and “UK shipping policy.” This critical information was not disclosed at checkout or before purchase — it’s buried in a policy page.

I’ve since learned that UK consumer law requires this information to be made clear before you buy. I’ve had to open a complaint and report the issue to Trading Standards.

If you’re in the UK, be very cautious before ordering — returns are not what they appear to be.

Order was received with a piece missing. I contacted the company via WhatsApp and have been asked on several occasions to check the package again to make sure it isn't there. I have checked the package three times now and clarified that the item is missing. I have asked if they will be sending a replacement and it appears they have blocked my number. Shocking customer service and I would highly recommend that people avoid.

Bought the magic rail cube large kit. Super fast shipment and delivery, a turnaround of about 4 days in total which is great. The item itself is absolutely great, chunky and sturdy for little hands with no sharp edges. The trains were all fully charged on arrival so it can be used straight away. The kids are going to absolutely love this for Christmas!

Bought the 3d pen as a Christmas present for my grand-daughter. Used for 30 mins. Stopped working. Despite repeated messages, contact form filling and telephoning they have not responded. I paid through PayPal so it’s looking like I’ll have to raise a claim. Really disappointed. Customer service is non existent.
