• At the time your order was placed, it was clearly communicated that this item required extended processing time due to being imported from Europe
• Throughout the entire wait, our team stayed in close contact with you, providing text message updates on a frequent basis during international shipping delays on the import. Unfortunately, overseas shipping delays are outside of our control.
• We offered full refunds, order cancellations, and in-stock alternatives multiple times, as well as a free $20 credit towards express shipping so you could receive your order even faster.
• In our final effort to make things right, we even offered for you to keep the item plus receive a 20% refund, simply because your satisfaction mattered the most to us.
We are a small business, and we genuinely did everything within our power to turn this into a positive experience for you. While we’re saddened that we couldn’t meet your expectations despite these efforts, we appreciate the opportunity to share our side for transparency.

I cannot recommend Equiluxe Tack enough! Not only is their selection gorgeous, but their customer service is above and beyond. My order included a set of boots that were sold out but not yet updated on the website. The Equiliuxe team contacted me right away, and gave me several options to choose from to make it right. I decided to wait until the boots were back in stock and have them shipped, and the team kept me in the loop with expected arrival dates the entire time. Everyone I spoke with was kind, compassionate, and made me feel personally cared for. I'll be shopping with Equiluxe again!
