Unhelpful dishonest staff happy to take your money, but not to help
Non existent, unresponsive customer service who ignored questions. Failed to manage to attempt delivery of the item 4 weeks after the first delivery date was provided. They made 4 separate delivery dates and never attempted delivery on any of them after charging 50% on top of the cost of the item for delivery.
Despite multiple requests for the delivery fee refund they refused to even answer that request.
After submitting a review on trust pilot they have tried to block it twice whilst acknowledging their failures by amazon message at the same time. They appear to just want free loans from customers.
Thankfuly my card provider obtained a full refund and Amazon complained to them on my behalf.
Its quite pathetic that they contact me belatedely and admit fault and then conspire with Trust Pilot to try to block the review.

Both EquippedGym and Trust Pilot have been sent subject access requests and the hopeless mob at Trust Pilot made it take 4 attempts to log the request like the disingenuous bunch they are.
The latest update from Equipped Gym does not involve disputing my accurate version of events and neither are the comedians at Trust Pilot. I did warn you both in advance that conspiring together wouldnt help you and my card provider refunded me, not Equipped Gym

Great product!
I was really impressed with how quickly my order was sent to me.
The flooring tiles are of super quality, quite heavy to move to be honest but my friend and I managed it quite well between us.
I emailed the company with a question and they replied very promptly.
I would definitely buy these again if I were to do another project.
Great product, great communication from supplier, all round a good experience.

Slight lack of communication on when…
Slight lack of communication on when they would be delivered but information was given when I contacted them. Just never heard a time from the pallet delivery company, Mats are great quality and easy to install.

I am aware it doesn't help you now, but we have since found an alternative pallet courier due to the issues you and other customers received. Delivery was quick and arrived as described. There was a slight issue with a package being left on the delivery truck (external company) this was resolved out of office hours by Reece which was fantastic.

Good quality and value for money
Delivery only took a few days! Good value for money, one of the cheapest prices for gym flooring per meter I found. Easy to cut and fit. Seems a good quality floor too. Very happy albeit I’ve only just laid it so time will be the test but certainly chuffed with it so far!

The floor tiles (20mm) are great for my garage gym. The pallet was neatly packed and secure. As I was installing them I then realised why you should have the interlocking tiles for the mats. I will have to get some to make the little gaps disappear. The performance is great. The grip over the carpet I did have in there is not comparable. Carpet offers no grip and these grip 100%. My bench and leg extension machine no longer move when I'm using them.
Cleaning is easy either by sweeping or hoovering.
