Disappointed
My delivery of 12 chairs came yesterday. Sadly 9 of them are not acceptable due to legs being out of alignment and one chair seat being scratched. I have sent two emails and asked for a call but no one has called me. So I am pretty unhappy right now

Terrible service
Terrible service. Ordered 8x black plastic chairs. On the website it was advertised as "non slip feet", however, on receiving the items there was absolutely zero non slip features. Eracco said they made an error in their advertising on the website. Also, 4 of the 8 chairs were damaged on arrival, they were very poorly packaged.
We asked for a refund, they arranged collection and the very rude delivery driver refused to take all the chairs, he only wanted to take 4. We are still in contact with Eracco, strugging to organize a pick up and refund of the remaining 4 chairs....
