Worst agency of Madrid !!!

No right to do nothing (inviting a friend, listen to music, cooking with the roommates…) or you get fined (my roomates and i got charged because a mysterious neighbor complained of us speaking while cooking and making a bit of noise, at 8.30pm)

I really disapprove their methods and don’t recommend at all this agency

Dos compañeras se hospedaron con ellos y no les devolvieron la fianza argumentando que habían hecho 'un uso excesivo' del piso. Cosa que sé que no es cierta. Está agencia abusa de la gente extranjera haciéndoles pagar por habitaciones sin ventanas (cosa que es ilegal). He llegado a ver a 12 personas compartiendo piso. Cuidado con los pisos de Moncloa.

To summarize it was an overall good experience. On the negative side some of my mates were kinda a...les. The company treated me fairly. They are decent professionals. Got my deposit back in time stipulated in the contract, had no problem with the flat, apart from the usual co-living stuff between flat mates.

Terrible experience. DO NOT GO THERE.

Save yourself the time and money and DO NOT get a place with this agency. They are scammers (the photos versus the room were very different). I didn’t have an curtains and asked them several times (over 4 months) and never got any curtains. They made us pay extra for cleaning and so on, whilst none of this was included in the contrat. They try and give you ‘multa’ (aka fines) for any random reasons which makes no sense. The living areas are disgusting and old, we had a leak and it took them 1 week to fix it. They also removed the doors of the showers for no reason so we could no longer use the shower. We asked several times for the doors back, they replied they didn’t remember sending someone - and NEVER fixed it. They are A class scammers, and they’re “company” should be shut down. They also spoke to us terribly.

Son una panda de incompetentes, si un día de te olvida las llaves por ellos fuera duermes en la calle.
Una vez estuvimos sin UNA SEMANA hasta que vinieron a arreglar la luz.
Pero ahora estamos sin WiFi desde hace 5 días y tras llamar, escribir y suplicar sigue sin venir nadie a arreglarlo.
Espera, que aún ahí más también pedidos menaje de hogar HACE TRES MESES y aun no han traído nada.
El servicio de limpieza es inexistente porque la chica joven que viene no limpia nada (antes venía una señora que hacía muy bien su trabajo)
Encima, quieren subir el alquiler y si por ellos fueran ni te avisan (me entere por mis compañeros)

ERASMOS ROOM LA PEOR AGENGIA DE PISOS COMPARTIDOS.

Uno de mis estudiantes ha sido estafado, no se os ocurra utilizar este "servicio".

Is the worst company I have ever met. They simply will keep your money and won't give you back the deposit. They won't. They will keep your money. Also they will lie to you over the phone, no matter what. They know that you are an international student and you can do nothing about their abuse. The rooms and houses are dirt. The kitchen status is not suitable for anyone.

Stay away!!!

He estado hospedado en uno de los pisos de Erasmusflat, en concreto en el distrito de Chamberí, uno de los barrios céntricos de Madrid. Me llamó en especial atención la facilidad de realizar contratos de alquiler con periodos cortos y no tan largos como exigen muchos propietarios; con lo que es ideal para personas que están empezando de nuevo en una ciudad. Respecto a la vivienda son pisos céntricos de las zonas más seguras de Madrid y con un vecindario no problemático además de tener un portero encantador que te dice los mejores sitios de Madrid para visitar. El trato ha sido muy cercano algo que se valora mucho cuando empiezas de nuevo en una ciudad que desconoces. Respecto a la devolución de la fianza no he tenido problemas, me han devuelto el mismo importe estando España en estado de alarma por la pandemia.

Soy muy contento del servicio de Erasmus Flat.Cada vez,he puesto elijir mi habitacion.Los apartementos eran limpios y bien cuidado.Contestan muy rapidamente al menor problema y hacen lo mejor possible para solucionar.Si tengo la oportunidad de venir de nuevo vivir a Madrid,iré en un apartmento de Erasmus Flat.

Erasmus flat is very unprofessional! I recommend to stay away with this company, they don't know how to do their work and they do anything for keep your money, 0/5!

I write little because I have already wasted too much time because of them. They try to keep your money, bad communication, if you want to enjoy Erasmus don't rent with this company, trust me stay away, they look for any excuse to keep your money. If I could give 0 stars I would give it.

Hey there, I am still waiting to get back my security payment. I moved out months ago. Does anyone has any advice which could help me? Unfortunately ERASMUS-Flat is really unprofessional...

Horrible communication, bad service! Highly recommend to avoid them. Overpriced rooms, poor quality. They avoid replying for weeks. Wifi stopped working, they said we need to fix it, call the provider bla bla.. During the corona pandemic they still care about only themselves and show no empathy nor understanding.

If I could give this company a zero I would. Right from the start this was a horrific experience, I arrived in madrid at half 9 at night after clarifying with the company more than once that someone would be there to give me my keys, NO ANSWER, sat in the middle of a new city for a couple of hours before having to pay for a hotel for the night, to be barely met with an apology the next day.
The flat itself is not fit for humans, the kitchen stinks, there is no living area and two miniature bathrooms between 10 for 650 euros a month is ridiculous, any space they can make into a room they will, some of my flat mates lived in broom closets with no windows, how this is legal is beyond me.
The way they take rent is also strange, they clearly store your details and use them as and when they please, I was over charged twice.
Obviously with the current crisis majority of international students are going home, for this they keep your deposit which I could let slide BUT the fact they moved someone into my room days after I left while making me pay till the end of the month is honestly beyond me WHILE still trying to charge me rent for the next month, their excuses are laughable and they will just ignore you as they're just money grabbing fraudsters, the most shocking customer service and terrible group of people I have ever come into contact with. Trying to profit off the back of a global pandemic, constantly online but continue to avoid my messages. I've heard many similar horror stories of ex tenants unable to get their deposit back for zero reasons, they just ignore the messages and hope you never contact them again. How people could happily work for this company is beyond me they are the biggest bunch of crooks I have ever come across and would completely warn off anyone ever considering renting from them. They should be out of business.

If you’re going to deal with erasmusflat be ready to wait months to get your deposit back even if they’re really quick to ask you to pay the rent. They’re unprofessional, ghost people that ask for their deposit and act like we are the stupid ones that don’t understand nothing. I absolutely do not recommend working with them.

Stay away from this company, they will never give you back the deposit, they will ignore you and stop answering your requests, they will simply keep the deposit, because they know you are from another country and you can't do anything to get your money back.

Stay away.

Extremely bad experience. Very bad company.
Be careful. I am still fighting to get a month of deposit back (599 Euro!!!). They are simply ignoring my mails and not answering my calls.
