ERE came in at the right time when I was ready for my first property investment.
The deal was initially introduced to me by Emma Chivers a phenomenon property consultant and Gabriella Mercer another dedicated and hard working Sales manager from ERE ensured the entire purchasing process from start to finish was seamlessly and delivered right on time. Thank you ERE.

Throughout the six years we have known Robert Medd we have bought six properties.
We are excited about upcoming projects with ERE, he always lets us know what opportunities are available.

He clearly talks through all aspects of the deal and always answers questions and helps solve any problems that arise (though few have).

Our current buy has been managed by Adam Yaqub and Eimeren Dizon who have been helpful and good at communicating the timeline and what needs doing when.

I have recommended Robert and ERE to quite a number of people over the years and many have bought properties due to my recommendation.

It was an outstanding support by Kyle and Eimeren during my real estate procurement. They have done excellent job throughout my procurement cycle. We had a lots of challenges but they always managed it. Those type of experiences will make me come back to them for any future purchases. In addition, i will always recommend them to my friends.

Mr. Llewelyn James is very patient and informative. Regardless of the numerous questions I asked, he was always patient in responding and could even offered detailed explanations. ERE will go to the ends of the Earth to sell you a property. That is their business model.
However, be warned that once you’ve bought, their interest ceases. Be wary of service fees on your property and leaseholds, these become a nightmare upon wishing to sell your property and ERE and Robert Medd will wash their hands of you.
Buyer beware.

ERE Property are a personable but highly professional company, where with the help of two particular members of staff: Eimeren Dizon & Will Kettel, their commutations and administrative skills allowed us as buyers to be constantly up to date, and fully informed on the buying process. Whether it was navigating Solicitors requests for paperwork, or even answering any menial questions we had for our lack of knowledge, they were more than happy to help!
The aforementioned staff also were happy to meet us face to face, welcomed us into their office, to run us through things delicately. It was good to have a set of friendly faces throughout the transaction we could call on.
