They claimed the item was damaged in shipment, and 3 different times over a 2-month period, they claimed they had "processed my refund." I still haven't gotten my money back. Sears.com doesn't support customers at all in this, you'll just waste your time calling them.

Ordered an item with them...received an email saying that the item was on backorder, which is weird because when I was ordering it indicated it was in stock. I attempted to look for the item again online, and saw that they were selling the item on their website for almost double the price. Very fishy. I confronted them and they said they would look into it. Liars. They returned my money with no explanation. Not an ethical company to do business with apparently. They should honor their sales prices and not lie about what they have in inventory.

The automotive electronics that I ordered from this website didn’t work well for me. But the thing I appreciate about ergode.com is that the online retailer was very responsive when I requested to return the product. They completed the entire return process in proper way and it just took them couple of days. I also received an appropriate refund from the online store. I would love to shop again here and buy something for my needs.

I have been waiting for a return ticket for a defective item. Each time I call they say they are going to escalate my issue and to give them 2-3 days It has now been 12 days since I contacted them. They wanted me to take pictures of the item which had no physical damage, it just does not work properly, I sent the pictures and still no return ticket. I will be contacting the BBB, this is utterly ridiculous!!!

I ORDERED A ORANGE SQUEEZER AND WHAT I RECEIVED WAS GARBAGE. I RECEIVED A FLIMSY CRACKED LEMON SQUEEZER. AND IT TOOK ALMOST 30 DAYS TO RECEIVE IT. AND THEY DID NOT WANT THE TRASH BACK WHEN I OFFERED TO RETURN IT.

I was getting ready to place my 1st order with them today, for 6 Pink Ribbon Items that donate to (Breast Cancer Research Foundation) including 2 ea individual packages of 3 sharpie pen and 3 pentel gel ink pens, 1 pink letter opener, 1 ea pink ribbon correction tape. All items totalling 1 lb or less in weight and Total cost of items $22.16 (THINKING AWESOME RIGHT)? (WRONG) now the regular shipping of $40.84. Thinking to myself 40.84-22.16 = 18.68 for shipping witch in itself is too high, but WAIT!!! being curious I proceeded to checkout to see final total expecting to see $40.84 for a good laugh then the actual total came up of $63.00 (yes this is correct amount). I then canceled my order after reviewing company and finding mostly good reviews. Just don't understand. I am not going to pay extra 40.84 for items only costing 22.16. I will just go to Staples instead and pay little price without any shipping. Gave stars only because of unacceptable shipping

I saved 47% on my door opening by ordering from them. It arrived fast. It isn't a cheaply made knockoff. What more can you ask for when ordering over the internet?

My mother will get very happy to see what i bought for her this Christmas .It is necklace and earring set, Yes this gift is little bit expensive but when i hold it, was looking extremely gorgeous .I saw many jewelries in 80$ , 70$ also .I like the customer service they helped me a lot to search perfect gift .I would like to recommend ergode.com to all .
