I'm very happy with the way this keyboard tray works. I love it that it swivels different directions and can be tilted at different angles and heights. The bluetooth keyboard I'm using isn't very wide and I find that there is enough room at the end of the keyboard tray for the mouse there next to it without even using the little swivel mouse platform.

This purchase was great. Everything was delivered in a timely fashion and the keyboard try is what we expected.

I had been looking for a left hand mouse for a while since my right shoulder / arm issues made right hand mouse use difficult.
I needed a mouse that was larger as I did not wish to use a wrist support and one that fit my hand. So many are so small, and I don't have overly large hands, but my body does not respond well to poor ergonomics.

I found the handshoe mouse and Ergo Experts offered the BEST price and size / hand options out there.

I LOVE my product even if it is bigger than expected... but it actually does exactly what I needed. Supports my full hand and no additional wrist support needed.

Got good, but slightly incomplete, advice from Mike at Ergo Experts. Happy with my keyboard tray, but I'll need to move it (uninstall and reinstall) before it's "perfect."

Mike was also very responsive and accurate when I mistakenly thought that my tray was defective.

I recently purchased the Intellaspace Extended Keyboard Tray and am beyond satisfied, across the board. It arrived a day earlier than I expected it and after a little clarification, installed very easily. Actually, the one area Ergo Experts has room for improvement, is in the instructions that come with the product and the description of the hardware components included in the package. In the long run however, if that's the only complaint I have, i really have no complaints whatsoever. A simple phone call, fielded by an outstandingly polite and helpful customer service representative, took care of my questions and installation was a breeze afterward.

Lets not forget the quality of the product itself. It functions exactly as advertised and the only limiting factor in its adjustability is the space you have to work with. Myself being an example of having limited space, I wound up surprised at how many different positions and angles I now have at my disposal. It is also pretty slick looking to boot. The faceplate to the mount adds a little hint of something fancy beneath a simple Ikea desk And last, it even comes with a mousepad.

In this day and age of horrible customer service, Ergo Experts shines. I received my Humanscale Monitor Arm and at first glance I was horrified at how poorly it was packaged. I was expecting really nice box with the arm packaged neatly in there. But instead what I received was a bunch of parts thrown together with a bunch of packing paper.
I started to put the arm together and noticed some scratches and dings. At that point I was sure I had been given a refurb, or used item. I emailed customer support explaining my concerns. What I received was an very detailed explanation of what was happening. They informed me it was actually the manufacture that ships the arms like that, and they actually unpackage them, inspect them and repackage with more protection before they ship it to the customers. It all lined up with my experience. Not only that, the representative offered a full refund if I wanted to return it, or a partial refund to keep the item. I am completely impressed with the service I received. I would gladly recommend them to my friends and family.

The keyboard tray fit my needs pretty well. It has a simple design, not bulky at all and has got a reasonable price. It required a drill though. I have a humansolutions tray at work~ $400 (which I enjoy using). The main differences between the two are the tray material (wood/ plastic), tilt adjust (auto adjust/ screw)and sideways motion capability - none of them were deal breakers for me. What I was looking for (within my budget) was a mouse tray as well that could come closer to my chair. Couldnt find all these for this cheap anywhere else.
Its been a month and I've got no complaints so far. Great value for money.

I have ordered several things from them for my office and have found them to work very well, very smooth, and very long. Everything is quality and top notch.
Even when I had to return something they took it back gladly and suggested something else which I ordered.

The website indicated the product was available and would ship within 24 hours. I received an email stating the product was shipped today. The order was placed on 8/11/15

The WithinReach Swivel Keyboard Tray System arrived as scheduled and was relatively easy to install. I found the on-line installation video on the Ergo Experts website easier to follow than the enclosed instructions. The tray is very sturdy and easy to adjust up and down. It fits entirely under my desk for storage.

Humanscale keyboard tray is an excellent product. Though, it is a bit expensive. The free shupping helps. Item was shipped quickly and in perfect condition.
