Desk mat
I bought a desk mat but received it in a complete crease condition then i complained and immediately got replacement but i had yo pay additional for the layer mat. But customer service is very good i am satisfied but receiving such faulty product right out of the box is not acceptable. U have to b more cautious

While rare, we’ve found that certain mouse models don’t play well with felt due to their sensor type. If possible, we’d recommend giving it a quick try with another mouse, just to rule that out.
