JUST DON’T DO IT!!
Ignore the good reviews, they must be paying someone to write them tbh! I bought the Roadrunner Pro seated electric scooter from these guys back in May, Sam (the manager) actually personally delivered it to my house which I thought was proper nice and I was told if I ever I needed anything to give him a shout and he’d sort me out. Well less than 200 miles on the bike and I was faced electrical issues.. that’s ok, I know these things can happen but did I ever get any support from E-Ridez themselves? No. Did they take days to reply? Yes. And did I have to bombard them with messages to even get a reply? Also yes and even then it was never helpful!! Just some crap about “sorry we’ve been so busy, sorry I wasn’t the one dealing with your request, I’ll get so & so to get back to you when he’s back in the shop.” blah blah blah. I then went through Voromotors themselves (in AMERICA!!) and had more luck with them and since I am a member of the Emove Roadrunner academy on FB I managed to get the spare parts that way! It took a while going back & forth with emails etc but they actually helped me otherwise my bike would have been useless sitting there collecting dust. The bike is supposed to be under warranty for a year but that doesn’t seem to matter to E-Ridez. After receiving my parts from America, I managed to get my bike back on the road. They very kindly sent them to me free of charge even though this wasn’t their duty at all. They didn’t have to do that for me but they did. All I had to pay for was delivery. Big up Voromotors for that. I messaged E-Ridez and told them and asked if they would reimburse me the money for the delivery charge and fair play to them, they did. But guess what, TOTALLY ignored my previous messages. Just came back with the bluntest message about “send me your details.” - jokers!!!! My rear light does this weird flash thing and I believe I need a new step down as I already replaced the light and it’s still the same. (Again Voromotors sent me the light) and I contacted E-Ridez in late August/early Sept about this and was told the part would be here in November… well it is now December and I have heard nothing. I messaged them on their business account on WhatsApp, emailed twice and NOTHING! The messages I sent on WhatsApp didn’t even get delivered which made me think they blocked me and guess what? They did!! I messaged off of my partners phone tonight and they went straight through! These guys are proper cowboys mate, all they want is your money, they don’t give a crap about ya. The aftercare is literally non existent and I beg for the life of me, don’t waste ya money on these guys because god forbid something goes wrong with ya machine! Absolute w******.
