Have not received my order.
Orders shipped and routed through San Francisco take many weeks.
Asking for a review is annoying.
I love this provider but one never knows when an order is arriving.

It was easy to order & I like your products they feel good when applying & my skin seems to respond favorably

I have been using Laszo since 1975. I can't recall an incident which another brand of soap touched my face. There has been a number of incidents where people did not believe me when I told them my age (I once had to show some people my drivers license). It works.

I am only sorry to see it is rarely available in department stores in my area.

I do think you need to consider free shipping on all products since they're rather expensive for many of us. I've been using Laszlo products since 1980 [remember the clocks!], have watched the changes, and have still been a loyal customer. A little help with shipping would be welcomed by many of us.

I’ve been using Erno Laszlo skin care since 1979. As an undergraduate, I bought my first regimen at Saks with funds from my income tax return. I’ve never looked back. I love the products and the results of their use. The website does a fine job of introducing new products, offering promotions, and otherwise keeping me up to date.

Based on a Facebook promotional ad for Erno Laslo shake it, I decided to give the product another try. I used this product about 30 years ago and stopped because it was just too Matte. The Facebook promotional ad showed a “new and improved shake it “which left the model with a glowing Dewey finish. When the product reached me, it was once again just a flat matte and no Dewey finish. I spoke with a beauty advisor multiple times and finally she disclosed the truth about the product and the model had used additional products that are not sold by Erno Lazlo to get that Dewey finish. To me that’s bait and switch.
Now I will say that the skin care regime is fabulous, but my ultimate goal was to have the beautiful glowing and Dewey finish skin like the model that was advertising only “shake it “, not any other products.

I was a bit disappointed that with all the money I spent that there wasn't a free gift. Most stores will give some samples of cosmetics etc.
Not a good customer service or marketing strategy.
