Ho avuto la fortuna di trovare Escape Campus, un buona opportunità per imparare l’inglese. Ho potuto imparare questa lingua in un corso di gruppo con persone da tutto il mondo. Non potevo chiedere di meglio riguardo il mio insegnate, sempre disponibile, gentile e molto simpatico. Studiare inglese non è mai stato noioso, ma ci siamo sempre divertiti molto. Infine sono riuscita a prendere la certificazione B1 di inglese. La mia tutor c’è sempre stata anche quando ho avuto problemi tecnici. Ho usato la mia 18app per pagare il corso. Credo ne valga la pena.

Be careful not to fall for their promises. When I joined I had an A2 level of English, these teachers enrolled me in a beginner group, I paid £800 and got an A1 certificate. I do not advise anyone to apply. This is fraud

Bardzo nie polecam .firma jest nastawiona bardzo na zarabianie kasy.Najlepiej jakbyś zapłacił za dwa semestry z góry 1000 funtów.Szkola nie daje możliwości skorzystania z chociażby jednego darmowego uczestnictwa w lekcjach.Zakwalifikuje do poziomu elementary bez znaczenia na jakim poziomie jesteś.A jak się upomnisz o przeniesienie na wyższy poziom to pani Wioleta się denerwuje.Niestety nawet głu siłownia gdzie opłaty są znacznie mniejsze daje tydzień za darmo.W sepera collage zostałam zaproszona na dwie lekcje do wysłuchania wykładów za darmo.Lekcje są nudne program jest jak dla 7 Latków na zasadzie dopasowań obrazków do wyrazów 🤣.Jak upominasz się o jaka kolwiek rzecz Pani Wiolleta staje się nie miła niestety.Jak chciałam zwrot moich pieniędzy to Pani Wioletta powiedziała że wysyłam złą energię i kazała udać mi się do psychologa.Kiedy powiedziałam że chce zwrot pieniędzy niestety powiedziano mi że ich regulamin nie pozwala na zwrot pieniędzy Po wielu kłótniach i wysłaniu mnóstwa meili i wiadomości pozwolono mi wykorzystać pieniądze które zostały na lekcjach.I tak nie korzystałam z lekcji bo nie dałam rady wytrwać na nich nawet jednej godz

I am extremely grateful that I can attend Escape campus, moreover, my mentor (Wioletta) is excellent and my teacher Ali is the right person for the right position. I am glad that Ali will still be my teacher next semester. If you are still wondering whether to join Escape Campus, I would say stop thinking and start acting. Jestem niezmiernie wdzieczny że mogę uczeszczać do Escape campus ponadto moja pani Mentor ( Wioletta) jest nie oceniona a mój nauczyciel Ali to odpowiednia osoba na odpowiednim stanowisku. Jestem zadowolony że w nastepnym semester moim nauczycielem bedzie nadal Ali . Jeżeli nadal sie zastanawiasz czy dołaczyć do Escape Campus to powiem tak przestań myśleć i zacznij działać . This is an unprofessional centre. Inviting people to do teaching trial lessons without assessment, considerate review and without grounded rejections. Making people wasting their time.

My step-dad had been looking for an English teacher, we've been approached by one of their recruiters, they promised English lessons and offered a "fantastic" discount, my mum and step-dad had paid £700 for these lessons, it didn't take long before problems started.

At first we've had trouble registering to their website and it has taken us numerous phone calls to get this issue sorted and that was all on day 1 of joining and paying for their scam services.

My step-dad whose the lessons were intended for had attended a few zoom meetings, however each time we've had trouble with joining the call as the links expired or displayed an error 404 message.

This was the first few weeks, at one point we've lost all access and tried to get in touch with our mentor who fixed the problem temporarily, sadly, the week after we've experienced the same issue. We've reached out to the mentor and requested a refund for the services as they were not as advertised to which we have been told that she'll contact us back as she was on holiday.

Numerous weeks have passed and we've not had any contact attempt from anyone at the company, therefore had to raise a complaint via their useless complaint form, we've received a phone call from a woman who is their recruiter and asked us to join, I've tried to explain to her that we're already with them and we'd like to request a refund for the lessons that my step-dad did not attend, however she was very rude and not much of help, it has taken me 4 or 5 attempts talking to her before she started listening and looked into our account.

When she finally looked into our account, she informed us that our original mentor was no longer employed at the company, it's outrageous that no one else has taken over her work or even bothered to contact us to inform us of this matter and offer some sort of compensation for the trouble we've had to endure.

She only offered us to start the course again at which point it was not needed, we only joined with the intention for my step-dad to pass his level 1 English so we could apply for a Visa and by the time they helped us we've found an alternative course which helped him pass. (this is like 6-7 months after we signed up).

She was no help and refused to pay us back, she forwarded us to a legal team which have said the same thing and stated that they will not process a refund as they've offered an alternative solution, we could either start again with a course that's now completely useless to us or get nothing at all, they also had the cheek of saying that we've received the course at a discounted price of £700 and it may not seem like a lot to them, but my mum and step-dad worked really hard to raise this money.

DO NOT waste your time or money with this fraudulent company. They will take your hard-earned money and provide you with nothing in return. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

BEWARE SCAMMERS!!!

I have never met a company like this, the only thing that they care for is to take money from you, you don't have to attend course, but still need to pay for it!!!

I enrolled on course in January this year and was informed that I have to pay right away for first semester (which was due to start in March) to secure lower price for it. Then I wasn't suspicious because my colleague recommend Escape Campus as a good one.

After 1,5 month ongoing course I requested to terminate my contract. Details on my contract says about start date, payment dates, but says nothing about notice period or cancellation fee. I phoned Mrs Izabela to terminate contact on 19th of April. She was very upset and wanted to put me off from cancellation by telling about cancellation fee (non on my contract!!!). On 20th of April was payment day for the second semester, so to avoid this I phoned on 19th. One hour after my phone call to Mrs Izabela the money was taken (450£).

"However, regardless of whether the payment was taken one day earlier or later, you would still be obligated to cover this payment as you have not given us any appropriate notice of the cancellation request. Your latest payment was debited on 19/04/2022 and your cancellation request was sent to us on the same day, after the payment was already taken." First I phoned and then sent a resignation and they took the money away although they knew that I want to terminate contact.

I'll only add that payment on 20th of April was for course starting in June, so they had over a monthly notice period.

I started to long way to get my money back, emailed them, citizen advice, consumer advice…etc.

Escape Campus answered that my contract includes notice period and cancellation fee will be applied

("If you choose to terminate your contract early, you will be obligated to cover a £100 cancellation fee.").

When I answered that there is no notice period and cancellation fee on my contract they replied:

"We have checked your contract with us and indeed you have been signed on the old contract type, which means that on this occasion we will honour the old contract and waive the cancellation fee."

In one of the last emails they wrote: "As a gesture of goodwill, we have offered to waive the cancellation fee if you decide to cancel your remaining two levels."- after they already admitted that my contract is "old typ" and no cancellation fees apply.

Eventually I would have to go to a lawyer and take them to court and pay much more money. I was frauded, you don't have to be, avoid them!!!!!

Hello, me and my husband applied and gave money 10 days ago and our course will start end of next month. So we haven taken any service or lessons yet. Anyway now we have better offer and asked for refund. They told me no refund for that. i dont know what we have to do to get my money back???

I had a great experience at this school. I found the teacher very engaging and i had fun while learning. I like that they have activities to participate in too

I really enjoyed the course. My mentor was very helpful and always very quick to respond me if I need help with anything. My teacher very patient, friendly and helpful as well. Good vibes and a lot of useful information from him.
I studied online evening course. Recommend to everyone who don’t have enough time to study during day or at campus.

The worst language school I have ever dealt with. Teachers are incompetent. The school is generally geared towards getting money from people. My group was disbanded twice, yet money was charged for the next level from me, even though it was my fault that I did not finish the first level yet.
