I spoke online at first and then over the phone to book deal. Sophia who I spoke with was so helpful and very patient with me. I asked so many questions and she answered all with excellent customer service. Very polite and great advice.

Never again!!
I booked my holiday threw escape freaks a disaster from the very start took money off me for a room upgrade and what not we landed and every room was standard And hotel said no such thing as room upgrades and the place was a joke il never book with this company again or recommend..

My experience with this company was excellent
My experience with this company was really good.. Staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. My emails has been answered straight away without any problem. I was dealt by John, Kevin, and Ashley. There was another lady i can't remember her name i am sorry. Over all i am really happy with the service which the staff has provided.
Thank you so much for looking after the customer and the company definitely delivered the good customer service.

Book with KEVIN the top man he was so patient with me to get us the prefect holiday for our family of 6. (2 adults 4 children)
I would highly recommend booking with this company KEVIN got us an amazing deal on a 5star hotel in turkey!
We are all so excited to go on our family holiday in 5weeks time (haven’t been away since covid happened)

Amazing customer service
Sydney was incredible. Managed to sort a very very last minute all inclusive holiday for the exact dates and airport I wanted :) will deffo be using again!

Update
Received a phone call from customer service to advise if I removed or changed my review they would refund my upgrade costs. They wouldn't refund until this was completed. The gentle man I spoke to was going to email me within 10 minutes, I have never heard from him. I won't be changing or removing my review and as for you asking me to reach out to customer service I won't be doing that either. You should be providing great customer service.
Was very disappointed with the communication from this company when booking holiday. I was dealing with Ian. We paid an upgrade for our hotel and there is no way there was an upgrade given. I have emailed Ian since arriving back from our holiday and had NO response at all. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL
