love this place! Really good for fun things to do when its raining as the escape rooms are indoors. I saw some reviews mentioning ESCAPE ALIVE - please realize escape live and escape alive are totally different companies lol

What a terrible experience. I made a booking over the phone for both rooms for two parties of children, I tried to cancel it within 30 hours and was told that it was 100% cancellation charge. When I made the booking the representative never advised me of such terms and just repeated that they send their t&c’s with the booking on email. I have since seen that no children are allowed unless accompanied by an adult, which again was never advised to me. Hartford the manager has even stated that my reason for cancelling is not true. Our accommodation next to the river Avon had to be evacuated due to flooding and closed until further notice. DO NOT BOOK UNLESS YOU READ THEIR T&C’s FIRST.

Was a good multi room experience but some of the props where a bit worn and battered. Over all it was good especially for first timers as there was no prior knowledge needed just a case of trying everything on the rooms. The staff seemed friendly and helpful. The general building and waiting room was clean and aesthetic pleasing. I was a little disappointed there were no photo opportunities or certificates given for escaping like some room give you.

Had an excellent time - team of 5 completed Dr Watson's Office, in Birmingham, which was lots of fun. Dana was brilliant at explaining everything before we went in. Would recommend this Escape Room.

Highly recommended, great fun with perfect quiz masters.
Took on three rooms and completed all of them. First room was Dr Watsons office and our Quiz Master was Rob, he was awesome and such a good laugh and knew his stuff.
The second room we did was Room 13 and the quiz masters were Amy and Halayna. They added the spooky factor by making us jump. Again great quiz masters.
The third and final game we did was Jack the Ripper and our quiz Master was Nicola. Safe to sat she added lots of entertainment, scares and I got wet threw!!! I recommended all three rooms, great detail, gets you thinking, great fun and this is mainly down to your quiz masters. Great team work. We will be back.

Rob’s introduction was brilliant and made the rules and health and safety fun.
Rob was also the games master for Dr Watson’s Office
Nicola was our games master for Jack The Ripper, absolutely brilliant
Amy and Halayna was the games masters for Room 13, brilliant made the room more in eventful and fun
We are heading back to today for a Peaky Blinders games room 100% recommended

Had a good experience with the game master Dan who made us feel very comfortable and excited for the room. The room didnt function very well which took a bit of the excitement out of it but nevertheless Dan made the experience very enjoyable over all.

Adam and Dan were super friendly and helpful, always have good games there, not too easy or hard !

Our visit to Escape Live in Birmingham was excellent.
Tania was our guide and her excellent sense of humour and polite and friendly demeanour really enhanced our visit.
We undertook the Dr Watson challenge and found it really well thought out, challenging, and great fun.

Event booked for Liverpool via general sales line, turned up to be told they couldn’t fulfil the booking due to staff shortages. “Not our fault though, Sales’ fault”. Left us waiting for 30 mins then a junior member of staff given the job to turn us away. Left to us to then contact sales to organise the refund! Complete shoddy service all round.

Our game master, Naz was exceptional. She explained the game well and gave a good backstory for Room 13. Really enjoyed the experience and would definitely visit again 100%.

Escape Live recently hosted our year end celebration and they are fantastic!
- they fielded multiple calls both online and over the phone to answer all my questions and help customize the experience for our team (despite the fact that we were in opposite time zones across the world).
- they fully hosted the event, so once the activity started our players had a guide, an amazing interactive experience, and I didn't have to stress about making sure everyone was having a good time.
- We came to them with a limited budget, an evolving number of guests, and almost no time until the event and they worked with us to find a solution for everything. I'd highly recommend talking to Escape Live if you don't see an exact fit on their website because they have the solution and are able to adjust to your needs.
- Our guest are still talking about the experience; it's not just another corporate event.

Completed room 13 in Birmingham and really enjoyed it.

We needed a couple clues but on the whole we managed to figure things out.

Played "Sherlock: The Grand Debut". It was so exciting! An absolutely amazing experience! So much fun. Mr Murphy and Miss Molly were just marvellous! Thank you so much, guys, for such a great time!

A really nice quest. I like Sherlock Holmes stories, and this is a good one. We played in a team and that was fun, and we tried to work tohether, thats make us more connected. Maybe some of tasks makes us stuck because they were more language specific, but we had a fun.

Groundskeeper Bill is marvelous!
We played Sherlock: The Grand Debut on corporate party and it was a great opportunity to talk and solve the riddle together. And our team got the best time. What could I wish more?
