BUYER BEWARE: Ordered 2. After comparing water quality with and without them, there wasn’t a big enough difference to justify the cost + renewal cost of filter replacements. Decided to return them within the return window timeframe. As of the writing of this review it has been 5 months of going back and forth with their “customer service” and still no refund, after following all of their return instructions.
The quality of the shower heads seemed nice for the couple of times we tried them. If you plan on recurring purchases of their filters then you’ll be fine - they will have your money.
My warning to you is that if you think they will honor their word for a no-risk trial, you will be mistaken. It has been months of headaches, phone calls, emails, with zero results. I don’t write reviews very often, and if I do they are favorable and earned. So it’s saying a lot that I’m taking the time to write this negative review for a company that doesn’t honor its word and stole my hard earned dollars.

This entire Experience Start to Delivery was Fantastic!

I placed my first order two weeks ago and after two weeks, it never showed up. I contacted Eskiin and they looked into it right away and sent me an email back saying they have put another order in the system and shipped it out right away. No questions asked. I can’t wait to receive it and use it, but I can honestly say, this was a great first experience with them… Great customer service.
I will be placing another order here in the next couple of days.

I absolutely love my Eskiin showered head and fillers. The customer service is spectacular. Anytime I reach out they respond so quickly. I emailed around 7:30PM not expecting a response yet, but they replied back to me in 10 minutes! Had a new replacement shipped out within 30 minutes of me reaching out. Truly appreciate the quick response and action. Would recommend them to everyone!!

What i love the most is the feeling I get knowing that im going to step into the best shower experience of a lifetime. I get that feeling every time. Ive used the shower pods once and the smell was relaxing. Im waiting for a more floral-citrusy sent next. Im a newbie and have noticed a difference in my hair too, much softer after showering. Highly recommended.

We ordered this shower head expecting that the smell from our hard water & the iron smell would be alleviated, but it was not. It was better for about 2 weeks & then back to the same old sickening thing. For the price we paid AND we ordered a few additional filters because we had high expectations. That’s $200 could have used somewhere else. We’re very disappointed.

The Support is phenomenal! Ask a question and the answer is immediate. I purchased the first one for my daughter and granddaughter's shower because they were experiencing hair and skin issues respectively. We're seeing improvement already! I am thinking about replacing all my shower heads.

Super fast customer service. Even when the request was to delay a shipment of the replacement filter. I started using their shower head about 3 months ago, it took some time to get to Japan, so when the first replacement was confirmed just a month into me actually using the shower head I decided to delay installing it for a few months. So when the next one was scheduled I sent an email a few days before the confirmation to delay shipment. They didn't hesitate and were very accommodating. Also since using this product most of my eczema has subsided and my hair has started to stay on my scalp instead of falling off so easily. I rarely get a huge clump in the showers anymore. So happy I decided to try it.

I wanted to write an honest review of my experience with Eskiin customer service and their product. I finally decided to purchase an eskiin hand held shower filter. I wish I didn't put it off for so long. My water was destroying my hair. Well, when I received my order I had questions regarding installing it. Skye was so wonderful, patient and helpful!! I can't say enough about their helpful support. I got my unit installed the the pressure and feel of the shower is amazing and exactly as described in their advertising. So if you're thinking about getting one don't wait. Do it and you won't be disappointed.

I was sent used shower-heads twice, the second time with missing parts. Customer service is horrendous and I’m convinced some of the positive reviews are paid or fabricated.

Had a problem with the showerhead flow so I emailed support and they got back to me that night. They gave me some suggestions and followed up the next day to see if I’d tried them. I hadn’t yet so when I did, I replied to them that it worked. They got back to me right away, their support is very good. Love the flow and water with this product.

I had an issue with my shower head and wanted a replacement part sent to me. Eskin responded back letting me know They would be happy to send out the part that I needed. Unfortunately there was a delay in getting the part out and it ended up being on backorder. Instead of making me wait for the part to be available they decided to send me out an entire new unit. I absolutely did not expect that and was pleasantly surprised when I found out. This is definitely a demonstration of a higher level of customer service that you don’t see every day. Appreciate the five star customer support and follow up!

I recently purchased an Eskiin wall mount shower head and I absolutely love it. Easy to install, has a wonderful spray, and great water pressure. I highly recommend purchasing this shower head. I signed up to auto pay future shower head filters that will arrive every three months. Look no further this is a great product.

Eskiin saved my hair and skin after moving into a new home. I hated cancelling my subscription when moving again, but Eskiin made it so simple and provided personalized emails that truly made me feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend this product and am passing it on to my son to now use.

Unfortunately, the shower head did not fit my shower and I had to make a return. The process was as smooth as it could be. Will buy in the future for an Airbnb project. Thanks for an easy experience.

First, let me start by saying I love this showerhead. The pressure is perfect and the stream feels so refreshing. The size of the water openings are absolutely perfection. It feels so good, just right. I love the filters as well. I truly enjoy my shower every morning. So the engineering was well thought out and executed in manufacturing.

In addition to that, I just sent an email to customer service at 7:45pm on Friday night and I received a response within a few minutes that was above and beyond what I could have hoped. My question was answered and everything was sorted out to my complete satisfaction. Truly grateful to know that there are small companies that care about their customers and take the time to develop a spectacular product. From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank Eskiin for a job well done!!!

Quick response to customer service queries. Have used the filter for about 2 mos now and have noticed decrease in my hair loss by 90%. I can tell by what comes off in my hands when I shampoo/condition hair. It never made it to the drain as it would be tangled in my fingers as I combed conditioner through after shampooing. Now it is negligible! Skin also is much less dry. We have well water that is treated (community well) and so we have no control over what goes in the water. The water is heavily chlorinated (can smell it and when you leave faucets to drip during freezes, it will bleach the color out of a washcloth that you set underneath the faucet to catch the drip otherwise it stains the sink bowl) and quite a lot of heavy minerals that require faucets to be replaced every 5 years or so. I have purchased shower filters in the past that I had would tell people, "I am going to assume it works?" because I would "think" that "maybe" this was better or that was better, but couldn't really be sure. This filter, I am positive. The filter also created better water pressure than my $300 Delta Shower head was giving. It is a fine spray, similar to spa showers. We did not use any of the included minimizers though.

By far one of the best shower I purchased a long time . it improved my water pressure and it reduced hard water issues making my hair and skin soft .my (Wife) and my daughter are super impressed by the shower heads They noticed the same thing too. And when they said a spot like experience, it sure is .we love it!!!!
