All around worst company
All around worst company - offered a free trial with separate email of Terms and Conditions sent after confirmation. Never received that T & C email. Spoke with 2 customer service reps who went beyond unhelpful and straight to rude when communicating. They both fell back to this elusive Terms and Conditions doc that was never actually sent and both said there's a 14-day window to cancel. Otherwise the charge occurs and they can't do anything about it. The communications were hours apart but touched on the same points in a way that suggested heavy rehearsal for consistent use.
The free trial turned into a 115.99 charge to my account. I took a stroll around their website to see if anything was outlined there and the website indicates it's a 16-day window and then the charge thereafter is 99.99.
Product quality is below drug store bargain bin and based on the scent, I'm guessing the argan face oil is just rebottled canola.
Unethical business practices with no actual customer support and a trash product.

100% Scam on 14 day trial, hit my credit card on the 13th day.
I did the 14-day free trial. Per the terms; "call anytime in the 14 day to not be charged and stop the subscription" I called on the 14th day. It turns out that on the 13th day my credit card had already been charged and Customer Service refuses to refund me. This is ABSOLUTELY a fraudulent company, I wish I had researched better up front. I see from the other complaints that the company will offer as a response, their customer service phone numbers. I spoke to their customer service, via chat and three phone calls. There is no resolution from customer service.

Although this product is a little moisturizing, and by no means, satisfies the very poor effectiveness of wrinkle reducing serum. I would not recommend it. Also, the customer service is very poor. I have emailed them several times with no response I gave this product and the company an F rating

Hi I undertook the special didn't receive any further emails or product today $200 NZ taken out of my account without me knowing tried calling them to be given the run around you should of read terms etc and email sent to me no email sent to me advising it didn't matter what i said to the person on the phone not interested in providing me any support and basically said too bad. Not good enough want my money back please no one order from this company as soon as they have your details they will bill you they are ripping off many people don't take the chance DONT ORDER FROM THIS Company,,,

I purchased a bottle of Argan oil, received one and I have now had five payments of £63 taken from my account, I have tried live chat, emailed customer support and still nothing, I would never recommend this company, customer support is none existent, I will be raising a dispute to get my money back that I have paid to receive nothing in return

BEWARE OF THIS SCAM COMPANY we fell into the same trap as many others STAY WELL CLEAR of this company, the product is extortionately priced and very poor quality as well
we fell into the same trap with this company when My partner ordered a free trial and missed the very small print in terms and conditions, beware this company is not reputable, AVOID using them, also the product is not very good, they automatically keep billing you extortionate amounts after the free trial ends until you have to try and stop them which is hard work

Poor customer service
My case is similar to some fo the other comments here. I have been charged 69 CAD and so I tried to use the Live chat option on the essence of argan website but did not get any support. I also dropped an email to customer service to get me my money as back as the oil just doesn't work for my skin and I have not seen any response for over week now.

Cxl date misguide
Cxl date was different on products, even though it was ordered at the same time. Which created the charge for this month to come out before expected. I did not want the product this month. Too soon. CustomerCare did not offer the option of stop payment and refund. Very disappointing and made me cancel my subscription.
