Plumbing
This was the second time I’ve employed Essential Repairs for plumbing jobs: the first urgently for a leaking water tank and the second planned for replacing a tap and disconnecting a washing machine. The technician was efficient, highly skilled, helpful and personable and left the place spotless. With excellent customer service from Sameera and exceptional professional service all round, I can’t recommend Essential Repairs highly enough.

Still the best!
This is the second time I have used Essential Repairs and this time it involved decoration, electric and gas work and they did it all seamlessly and well. Any landlord's dream. Thank you especially Sameera for her excellent coordination.

These guys helped us out after (not so) Fantastic Services let us down leaving us without a flushing toilet for 3 weeks. Excellent service and work carried out to the highest standards. Highly recommended.

Kitchen drainage
The workman was friendly and efficient and installed the necessary equipment to resolve our drainage problem. The price was reasonable for the work done. We would happily employ Essential Repairs again.

I needed help in installing a blind
I needed help in installing a blind - my drill was not strong enough to penetrate concrete. I called Essential Repairs and a friendly chap was with me same day - all fixed in notime!
Will certainly use them again when I next need any help around the house or garden.

Efficient, professional
Sameera the office manager was helpful in coordinating the appointment times. I work as a NHS doctor and woke up to a morning when my electric cooker and heater weren’t working. Jurgen , the electrician was very accommodating , helpful, professional and efficient. He also kindly cooperated with wearing masks and other PPE like gloves, leg covering etc.
