Fantastic company
Wonderful quality of products and embroidery, easy to use website, artwork sent for approval before they started work. All items arrived 2 days earlier than quoted, I had a minor issue with one of the garments but customer services were very responsive and immediately sorted everything out. Couldn’t be happier and will definitely be ordering again

Great products. Poor customer service
I needed the goods delivered by 18 December. The order confirmation advised delivery by 11 December. On 17 December I followed up and was advised that the order would be incomplete and would only arrive on 20 December. This could have been avoided with proper communication.

It was missed due to an absence in our team, but that shouldn't effect our service level. I have put things in place to make sure something like this doesn't happen again.

Delivered to the address that I said…
Delivered to the address that I said was the backup if I was not at home, I was as home!
Quality not sure about as no lining so getting jacket off when wearing a fleece not easy. Side pockets not incorporated into the jackets body being held in place by half inch wide stitched-in black bands.
Price good.
Otherwise happy and in-use now.
