Bad experience cancelled my order and…
Bad experience cancelled my order and informed me days after making the purchase. Misleading information on their website, don’t bother to waste your time. Look elsewhere as this company is not guaranteed to deliver your products and on the other hand, NOT trustworthy.
update: They tried to get my review flagged for stating the truth, adding on I still haven’t received my refund and have had to dispute it with my bank. I still stand by my review and wouldn’t recommend at all. I’ve never experienced something like this where you purchase something to later on find out that they’ve cancelled (no reason mentioned) and still haven’t processed a refund. Once again, wouldn’t recommend.

ESSLAB supplies only to verified laboratories and approved end users in order to comply with regulatory and safety requirements. As your identity and status could not be verified, your order was cancelled in accordance with our company policy.
We understand this may have been frustrating, but please note that the order was not cancelled arbitrarily — it was due to the inability to confirm the required credentials. If you are able to provide documentation confirming your eligibility, please contact us at sales@esslab.com, and we’ll be happy to review this further.
