I can see that we've advised you we have replacements on order from the manufacturer, which should be with you shortly. We have taken action to improve our internal quality systems to ensure this doesn't happen again. Following delivery of the free of charge replacement bottles from Hamilton we trust you are happy with the product and service provided but should you require any further support please let us know.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION!
The communication about our order was fantastic. I'd tried to purchase the item from several different vendors over an 11 month period and every time the order was cancelled due to supply issues, with hardly any communication. Karolina as Esslab provided consistent and accurate updates. The experience was quite positive and I highly recommend Esslab!

Communication is key
I placed an order for a chemical but after receiving the first email confirmation on 08/02/23, I was not contacted again and the item was not delivered by the expected delivery date 23/03/23. When I phoned the helpdesk I was informed that the company had experienced email communication problems. Once this had been addressed via landline calls, I was provided with a revised delivery date and helpful support.
