Founded in 2000, EstateBee was one of the first companies in the world to provide a means by which ordinary people could create estate planning documents (such as last wills, living wills, living trusts and powers of attorney) online, without the need for a lawyer. Since then, the business has grown rapidly and its product range now includes online estate planning documents, estate planning software, books, legal kits and legal forms. These products are sold in the United States, Canada, England & Wales, Scotland and Ireland.

Unacceptable Service and No Product Access

I placed an order on October 8, 2025 for a digital product that was supposed to be available for immediate download. However, the download link provided did not work. I attempted to reach out via the company’s chat feature, only to find it offline with a message prompting me to leave a note. I did so on both October 8 and October 9.

As of October 11, I still have not received access to the product, nor have I been contacted by anyone from the company. This delay is especially frustrating because the product was needed urgently. The lack of responsiveness and failure to deliver what was promised is unacceptable.

I would not recommend ordering from this company based on my experience.

Glad to have an online platform to do a…

Glad to have an online platform to do a Living Revocable Trust for a reasonable price instead of having to seek for an attorney. I had no problem with completing or printing the document. Would have preferred to be able to complete online as an option.

Thank you for your valued feedback.

We do in fact offer an online option. For living trusts specifically, we offer 4 different options to customers: (1) Online Living Trust (wholly online), (2) Living Trust Book (with forms to complete), (3) Living Trust Kit (with forms to complete) and (4) Living Trust Forms (in Word Format).

Not impressed

Not impressed. I couldn’t get it to print on my computer/printer that I use daily. Finally Ben sent me an attachment to open & print. It took over 24 hours to resolve with numerous text. In regards to my review, I sent a copy of every document requested. As far as the printer, it was purchased brand new the beginning of this month. I run a business and use my computer/printer every day so it’s unfair to the customer (me) to respond like as if it were my fault. Ben was amazing & tried to help correct the issue in every way possible. He was very professional & did his best to solve the issue. i had a bad experience but my review doesn’t reflect everyone else’s opinions.

While we are grateful for your review, we are disappointed as it is an unfair and unjust review.

Your review is not reflective of our products or services, but rather (it would seem) your printer issues. To be fair, we made every effort to assist you with these printer issues. Ben asked you on multiple occasions to email him the Word document you were trying to print so he could assess whether there were any issues with the document and try to narrow down the potential issues you were experiencing. However, despite being asked several times, you never sent the document. You sent other items to Ben - but despite repeated requests, you did not send the document requested.

Ben also asked for the document because the screen shot of the document you sent him did not appear to be one of our documents - it had Kindle text on the bottom of it which does not appear on any of our documents. So, whatever you were trying to print, it was NOT an EstateBee document. All of our printable forms are downloadable from our website only - nowhere else - and none of them have references to Kindle on them, anywhere.

When we didn't get the Word document from you (notwithstanding what you say), we then sent you a different Word document to assist you.

We tried our best to assist you for 24 hours - but you didn't do what we asked you to do to enable us to help you. Also, we are still not sure what you were trying to print, but it was not one of our Word documents. As mentioned, none of our Word documents contain any references to Kindle.

This was the first time in three years a customer has contacted us about being unable to print a document and our customers download and use hundreds of our documents each week.

In any event, we are happy to hear that you finally got there with the replacement document we sent you. For your inconvenience, we are also happy to offer you any one of our online legal documents products free of charge. Please reach out to our customer service team, and they would be delighted to assist you.
