Stop wasting time & use AI

This solves a problem. You spend days answering customer requests and its boring. Seriously 2 hours at least per customer to calculate rates and they dont have the courtesy to come back to you.

Handy when I’m out working

I use Estimo AI a lot from my phone, which is probably one of the things I find most useful about it. If I’m still at a job talking to the customer I can start putting the quote together there and then, rather than trying to remember everything later.

I’ll often finish it off at home on my tablet or laptop, especially if I need to use some of the other software I work with that isn’t as practical on mobile.

Estimo gives me a really good draft to start from and I can just go through it, change the pricing or wording where I need to, and send the version I’m happy with. I’ve used it for a few different jobs now and it fits into the way I work really well.

Makes creating customer quotes much easier

I’ve been using Estimo AI for about two months now to create quotes for my customers, and it’s made the whole process a lot easier. I don’t have to start every quote from scratch anymore. Estimo gives me a great starting point, and I can quickly review it, make a few small edits and send it when I’m happy.

I also like that I can start a quote on my phone and pick it up later on my tablet or laptop. It saves me a fair bit of time, and the finished quotes look professional and are ready to send to customers.
