I contacted the provider and informed them of address issue. I was replied to that it would be taken care of. On the day of delivery not only did they not fix the address, now I needed purchase another product to temporarily replace the gift she would not be getting

I sent these to my sister after having surgery. She was so elated to receive them. She said they were packaged beautifully and the roses smelled wonderful. A great way to send flowers that truly last. I have four different Eternal Roses that my son gifted me and I love them. One is about 4 years old and I’m still enjoying them. A truly lovely gift!

I recieved my rose today and it looked nothing like the picture. The rose was small and already wilting. I ordered this for my first valentines gift and was expecting more. The packing is nice but the quality of the flower looked like I had it for months already and didn't even fill the box

It appears that the address provided during checkout was incorrect and we were only notified after the item had shipped out, followed by a request to help change the address while it was in transit. After we worked with the carrier on your behalf to change the incorrect addressing, the item was delivered within a few days. The only reason I’m not giving this a 5 star rating is that having sent the flowers to a loved one recovering from a hospital visit, I never actually got to see them (the roses) in person. The order process and delivery process went well and your follow up was excellent. I hope to see your product up close and personal someday soon so I can give you the full five stars!

When my roses arrived they were damaged…
When my roses arrived they were damaged upon opening the box. I contacted customer service and I thought this issue would be resolved quickly. However, I was asked to return the flowers I received on Friday January 28th with a return label that wasn't emailed to me until Monday January 31st. By that time I was already out of town and by waiting to go through the process they recommended it would have been past the time I need to give them to my wife on her birthday February 4th
