First they will delay the verification process in any way that they can.

Second you will only be allowed to withdrawal $1000 max your first time along with having a 24 hour wait period till your next withdrawal.

They are not responsive in any way shape or form through vip as they claim it’s a different department.

The chat seems real and genuine but it grows old when you are constantly battling for a withdrawal.

It’s also important to note if you take a cooling off period you cannot withdrawal in that state, and that they will also remove the cooling off in hopes you keep playing and lose it before you can withdrawal.

Also I had about 16k in coin in and it did not deliver a single “gift or comp or freeplay amount” I didn’t even earn any lame free spins with a silly huge play through multiplier.

There’s simply better outfits out there.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Etheryl Casino. I will update this review once the issue is resolved.

On April 24th, I deposited 100 USD using the April 150% bonus promotion, which had a maximum cashout limit of 2000 USD. After completing the wagering requirements, my balance reached exactly 2000 USD. However, before I could withdraw, I was informed that I needed to complete an additional 2x wager on the 2000 USD balance because it was my first completed bonus and, according to support, this was part of their bot protection system.

After fulfilling those extra requirements as well, I attempted to withdraw my funds. That’s when another issue appeared: I received an error message stating that KYC verification was required before any withdrawal could be processed. I immediately uploaded all requested documents and informed support.
The support team told me that a VIP Manager would contact me by email to assist with the KYC process. Raphael, the VIP Manager, explained the following:
“We use an outsourced third-party KYC provider to do full checks in line with our regulations and legislation for our license to prevent fraud and AML. Rest assured, though, I'm chasing them up now for you so they can push this through as a priority for you, as they know me well in that office, as they do this for a few platforms.”
After several days and multiple follow-ups, I was then informed that my account required an additional review, which would supposedly take 5–10 working days.

Raphael stated:
“Your account has been automatically flagged by our system as part of our routine monitoring processes, due to similarities identified in activity and affiliate source links related to a previously identified group of players. Because of this, a full review is required before any further action can be taken.”

My account is still blocked, and both the KYC verification and the additional review are pending. The stated 10 working-day timeframe expired on May 8, and I haven't received any update. Live support constantly shows: “We're away right now. Please check back later!”, and Raphael has stopped responding to my emails entirely.

Overall, this has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. The delays, lack of communication, and inability to access my funds have seriously damaged my trust in Etheryl Casino.

UPDATE: Withdrawal Issues – Misleading Process & Delays
I want to update my experience as the situation has become even more concerning.
I was clearly told I could withdraw $1,000 CAD per day with a 24-hour processing time. However, that is NOT what is actually happening.

My last THREE withdrawals of $1,000 CAD each were rejected after sitting in “approval pending” for the full 24-hour window. After that, I was forced to resubmit the request again from scratch.

So in reality, each $1,000 withdrawal is taking around 48 HOURS, not 24.

This is extremely misleading. The stated policy does not match the actual process.

At this rate, with around $20,000 CAD still pending, it would take roughly 40 DAYS to withdraw my own money.

This feels like clear delay tactics — making the process unnecessarily difficult and slow so users get frustrated.

I strongly advise others to be cautious when it comes to withdrawals. Depositing is easy, but getting your money out is a completely different story.

I am still waiting for a fair resolution.

Update May4th

My withdrawals have now been rejected/expired multiple times in a row. Each time, I submit a withdrawal, it sits pending close to the stated 24-hour processing window, then expires instead of being completed. I am then forced to resubmit the request again.

In reality, this turns what should be a 24-hour process into 48 hours or more per withdrawal.

This is not a one-time delay—it is a repeating pattern that makes it very difficult to access my own funds.

I have already contacted support and even raised the issue with Casino Guru, but the problem continues.

At this point, I’m not sure what else to do. I simply want to withdraw my balance without repeated delays and expirations.

I hope the casino addresses this issue and provides a proper resolution.

Still facing withdrawal issues.

Some requests go through, but many are rejected or simply expire without explanation. I keep resubmitting, and the same cycle repeats.

There is no clear timeline and zero transparency on why this is happening.

I’m just trying to withdraw my legitimate winnings, but the process is inconsistent and unreliable.

This needs to be resolved immediately — ongoing rejections and delays like this are unacceptable.

In regards to a withdrawal taking 2 hours, we usually aim for 20 minutes but this can be delayed sometimes if there's a backlog of withdrawals awaiting to be processed and 2 hours is still rather fast in some situations.
