Ethically Raised Avis 59

I have ordered from Ethically Raised several times I love the ethos of the company and the quality of the products. However in my last order I was sent 2 XL beef hides with 2 different expiry dates on and both out of date and had to be thrown away. The order was delivered on the 14 December 2023. Use by date on the front stated 09/11/23 one month before they were dispatched. The label on the back has a use by date of 09/05/23, 7 months before they wet dispatched. 2 completely different dates and both out of date by the time they have been sent to me.

I have emailed Ethically Raised 3 times together with photos confirming the batch number and showing the expiry date. I have not had a reply at all. I understand that mistakes can happen but this is food safety. To completely ignore concerns raised particularly regarding food safety and the fact they are holding onto out of date stock is hugely disappointing. Poor customer service and out of date food being sent.

Liked the ethos of higher welfare meat treats for the dog, plus sustainable packaging and good communication and refund when one item wasn't available. Like to use deer products when available rather than farmed animals.

Really quick delivery, both small dogs loved the bigger marrow bones. Well packaged in cardboard and sheep's wool for recycling. Really good price too! Happy pups!

Great quality treats. The dog loves them, especially the beef strips, easy to break into smaller pieces. I like the plastic free packaging.

Kieron at Ethically Raised was nothing but helpful to answer any questions I had about products and help me order some for an add on to my grooming business. The treats so far have been a success and any dogs that have tried them have thoroughly enjoyed. I love the fact it’s all natural, ethical and no nasty stuff in them. The company is brilliant and I’m excited to see where they go and continue to order from them in the future.

I only recently discovered this raw dog food company and they are brilliant! The food was delivered quickly and frozen solid on arrival. The company ethics for animal welfare and environment are the best out there. Ingredients are fab and my dog couldn't get enough. The only downside is they are having a break from making the raw for a while. My dog can't wait for them to resume, and I'm sure all the other dogs fed this food will feel the same. Keep up the great work guys.

Fantastic product but customer service is atrocious. I have emailed them four times over the last month with a simple query and am yet to receive a response. Unfortunately deliveries are often delayed so I always have to have a back up to hand which is frustrating.

Our Rek peaked his head over a copy of the Financial Times this morning to confirm his love for the liver tartare and credited his silky coat to it. He finds opening the little doors tricky given his lack of thumbs but, cunningly, he's delegated such manual labour to others.

My 2 French bulldogs love the air dried venison treats. They are excellent quality, a good size for small/medium dogs. They are expensive but in my opinion worth it because of the ethics of the company.

Fast shipping, friendly customer service, great natural products

I came across this company at the dog show in London. I was looking for a raw food company and Ethically Raised jumped out due to their food standards and quality plus the environmental stance. I ordered some treats and an advent calendar and my dog goes crazy for them. They are dried venison, absolutely no nasties and venison is a very lean meat. I’m ordering the beef raw food and I know it is a bit more expensive than other raw food brands but when I’ve researched into it all ethically raised products are far superior not only in the quality of the meat but also the environmental side. I must also say that the service I have received has been amazing, a big thank you to Josh for going above and beyond in getting my calendar here before the 1st December.

Five stars from me and two paws up from my furry friend, who says the Beef Tartare is his personal favourite. The quality of the food is exceptional, the company's ethics are second to none and customer service is helpful and responive. We are happy repeat customers.

I have bought Ethically raised since it started. It is the best dog food on the market in my opinion. However there are always delivery problems. Each of my last 3 subscriptions have been missed, late or only partially fulfilled. Delivery normally takes about five days. Perhaps they have grown to fast and can't meet their commitments. I hope they can improve

My dog loves all the treats he has tried so far.
We first bought a pack of Venison treats at the Discover Dogs event in London to try because my dog sometimes has digestive issues (currently undiagnosed). He loved the treats and has not had any digestive issues since having them.
We have now bought the beef trachea, beef livers and venison tartare for him to try. My dog and I are very pleased.

Customer service was great in providing updates regarding the availability of the items and shipping.
