Melaleuca - The Wellness Company Avis 64

I wrote a review but I don’t see it here anymore and I want to add to it so am writing another review.
I ordered a weight loss product called DROP from The Wellness company. I paid almost 500 dollars for it. It was supposed to work similar to ozempic or the other popular weigh loss drugs all the rage right now. I didn’t realize I must have signed up for a subscription because even before I had finished the first bottle I had for less than thirty days, I got notice they were sending me another bottle for five hundred dollars. I wrote back I didn’t know I had subscribed and please cancel. They said they had already mailed it so I asked if I could return to sender unopened. Crickets. No reply. I was upset because the first bottle did absolutely nothing for weight loss. Not one ounce. I called and asked if I could get a refund and they told me I had to talk to my provider about it. I thought they meant my own doctor and I said what could my doctor do. He hadn’t prescribed it, but they said well that’s what you’ll have to do. Now I think they may have meant an online doctor, but I’m not sure. But either way, it was just adding on to the cost of what I had already spent. I asked them if they could just give me store credit. But no to that too.
I wrote a bad review but it never showed up on their website. Recently, I was checking to see if it ever showed up and found out they don’t even sell that product anymore. Makes you a little suspicious it doesn’t work doesn’t it. But I looked up the reason they gave as to why they don’t sell it anymore and get this. .they say teenage girls were abusing it and getting too skinny so they took it off the market. Teenage girls abusing five hundred dollars a bottle product. What do you think everybody? Sound right to you. Believable??
But the joke isn’t just on me. I’m not the only one out almost a thousand dollars. They lost a paying customer who might have ordered other products from them but not now. I had ordered a wellness kit before the weight loss product. But never again. So they’ve lost all future business with me and everyone I can warn to never do business with a company who doesn’t stand behind their worthless product or try their hardest to at least make it right. Everyone is going to stand before the judgment seat someday and be held accountable for how you treated your fellowman. I’ll have to live without my thousand dollars but you’ll have to live with your conscience. But wait! Apparently you don’t have one. Shame on your company.

Ordered detox pills, toothpaste and wellness kit. Received pills and toothpaste, toothpaste pump was broken. Never received wellness kit. They asked that I pay for a doctor visit w them before it would be sent, I said no I’d rather cancel. They never mentioned I needed a dr visit which was another charge. The toothpaste mind you was $120. I called wellness company 8 different times, no answer. I emailed them twice and finally got a response. By this point I put in a dispute with my CC. Wellness asked that I reverse the dispute and they would credit me. Honestly didn’t trust them so I said I’ll let CC deal with it. Wellness company told my CC that I didn’t let them know about an issue within 30 days so no refund. I’m still dealing w CC to get this dispute reopened and settled in my favor.
Broken toothpaste pump and NEVER received the wellness kit.
I don’t think this company is ethical or that their products are reliable. Just needed to voice my experience. Beware

A friend of mine was using their parasitic cleanse and had some severe stomach distress. She let me try it, and I had no side effects, but I did not feel it provided any health benefits. After doing some research on this company and these types of cleanses, I suggest you conduct a thorough investigation into the company and its claims. Personally, I would avoid them.

They are a Greenwasher!

They are not certified via a global standard and they do not have 3rd party verification of their claims.

From fake doctors in their ads to crazy expensive products, I'll avoid this company like the plague.

My order was sent to another state! I called and TWC told me it had been returned and I was assured that it would be sent to the correct address. It never arrived. When I called they told me it was past 30 days. I would never recommend this company. Rotten customer service! I am out my $87 !

Ich habe viel ausprobiert, besonderes bei Waschmittel bin ich sehr empfindlich . Aber das MelaPower ist spitze. Am besten macht jeder selbst seine positiven Erfahrungen.

Ich benutze die Produkte seid 7 Monaten und bin sehr zufrieden! Was mich besonders beeindruckt, ist die 100% Zufriedenheitsgarantie von Melaleuca. Ich kenne tatsächlich keine andere Firma in diesem Bereich, die ihren Kunden eine solche Sicherheit bietet. Das spricht für das Vertrauen, das das Unternehmen in seine Produkte hat, und gibt mir als Kunde ein sehr gutes Gefühl.
Fazit: Hochwertige Produkte und ein unschlagbarer Kundenservice. Ich kann Melaleuca nur weiterempfehlen!

The communication with this company is awful.
I’ve ordered the same product twice and still haven’t received what was ordered.
They walk you through their process however the information they collect appears not to be shared with the next person/department.
Hence the order is stalled but they still have my/your money.
I finally filled a grievance/stop payment with the credit card company.
The product is very good IF you ever get it.

Another victim of this scam company. Several months ago my wife ordered $1000 worth of medical kits from The Wellness Company for our family. After waiting weeks with nothing delivered she reached out to them only to be told that she needed to wait “a few more days” but that the delivery was confirmed. This continued for several weeks without anything we ordered being delivered. Having recently seen many reviews that describe similar situations to ours, with people being charged for products that never arrived, we once again reached out to The Wellness Company asking to please refund the $1000 since they clearly weren’t going to send the products we ordered. The customer service team is refusing to refund the money as the order was placed over 30 days ago and offered ‘store credit’ instead. This is yet more time-wasting on their part hoping that we’ll just give up. Furthermore they haven’t confirmed that they intend on sending any of the products that were paid for months ago. This obviously renders any ‘store credit’ as pointless. Please avoid this company at all costs. We are currently in discussion with lawyers in order to discuss options moving forward as this is a dangerous company that is exploiting people’s health concerns and their reliance on medical treatments and they need to be stopped or made accountable in some way.

Company is a scam 5 weeks and have not received my Emergency Kit now they are trying to extort $50 from refund because their company is incompetent inefficent incapable of providing the services they promote in timely reasonable fashion. I am having my daughter an attorney look into a nice class action suit this company needs to be put in check.

Melaleuca to fantastyczna firma która dba o swoich klientów. Każdego miesiąca są świetne promocje. Dużo produktów jest za darmo. Środki czystości są na naturalnych komponentach. Rewelacyjne. Nie zamieniłabym na żadne inne. W tym momencie u mnie w domu są tylko produkty z Melalueca. Tak jak czytam te wszystkie opinie negatywne wiem skąd one się biorą. Po prostu z konkurencji. Mnie się wydaje że jeżeli ktoś nie miał styczności z produktami to nie może wyrażać opinię negatywnej, ponieważ nic nie wie na temat produktów. Ja gorąco polecam firmę Melaleuca.

3x I have tried to order after many years of 5 star ratings but due to some inexplicable reason, my order after 3 attempts has been rejected. Apparently your "system" has not accepted my method of payment which is in a good financial status. It perplexes me--exponentially. If you cannot change your position, I declare now my resignation and hence stop my further ordering as my this date: 08/09/2025. This saddens me after over 10 years as a loyal client. Ich bin seit über 8 Jahren Kundin und liebe die Produkte und das Unternehmen das dahinter steht.
Wir konnten als Familie unsere Gesundheit enorm verbessern.
Qualitative Produkte zu angemessen Preisen. Wir lieben vor allem das Peak Performance Paket, Kollagen, die Proteinshakes, Körperpflege, ätherische Öle.

Ich habe die Reinigungs- und Pflegeprodukte in meinem Haushalt im Einsatz und bin begeistert. Ich habe auch die Nahrungsergänzung regelmäßig verwendet. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist Super. Mein Mitgliedschaft habe ich schon öfters unterbrochen, um andere Produkte auszuprobieren, aber ich komme immer wieder auf Melaleuca Wellness Company zurück!
Der Service hat auf Fragen immer schnell reagiert und konnte alle Fragen kompetent beantworten.

Habe als Vorzugskunde ein paar Monate Produkte getestet. Ansonsten sind die Preise erst recht viel zu hoch.
Das Shampoo fande ich sehr gut. Und auch die ätherischen Öle und die After Sun sind gut.
Was mich garnicht überzeugt sind die Waschmittel (sehr viele Flecken gehen nicht raus), die seibella Tönungscreme, die Fleckenentferner, das Deo, der Wäscheerfrischer und meine Kinder essen auch die Koalas nicht.
Wenn man nicht eines der ganz teuren Produkte kauft (zB das Nahrungsmittelpaket), dann schafft man es kaum die erforderlichen monatlichen Punkte zusammen zu kriegen.

Nachtrag: inzwischen habe ich auf Anraten von Freunden weitere Produkte probiert (Nahrungsergänzungsmittel und Kosmetik). Manches habe ich zurückgeschickt, weil ich nicht zufrieden war. Melaleuca hat eine Zufriedenheitsgarantie, die verspricht, dass man sein Geld wieder bekommt. Leider wird hier betrogen. Ich habe Produkte im Wert von 80€ zurückgeschickt und lediglich 27€ erhalten und außerdem keine Reaktion auf meinen Schriftverkehr. Dh. ich habe nun weder die Produkte, die ich bezahlt habe, noch die Erstattung dafür.

Although it takes a bit to get used to how their system works I found it an easy replacement for everyday products I was already buying. Except these products were not full of chemicals bad for my family or filled with water to increase their bottom line.

It does take a change in how you think when buying these products because they are concentrated and last longer but they are so much better for your family.

I found this company easy to work with once I understood the system. It is NOT a scam but a new HONEST way of buying everyday products from an AMERICAN made USA based company. How can you not love that?

The Peak Performance is incredible. These supplements are state of the art! Health innovation. Melealuca one of the best customer service lines I've ever called. Helpful with ordering and efficient. I love the free products and shipping too. There is a lot of incentives and i like that they aren't slimy about pushing product they want you to be happy with what ever you order. Overall I'm impressed and I will continue to order the vitamins and cleaning products bc it feels good to have natural health supporting products in a chemical laddend world.

The delivery agent failed to deliver at the agreed time and not answering the phone. Can not be relied upon. Avoid.
