I’ve tried to order the same items on the sale 7 different times over a period of 10 days and kept getting emails saying the items were no longer stock even though they were still on the website and customer services told me this was correct, said there was a glitch on my account, to use a new email address and go through google. I did all this to no avail. The products are good, Ice been buying their bras for years but I don’t think I have ever encountered such rude and totally disinterested customer service. I think these agents are simply paid to pick up the phone and have no authority to offer any real help. I give up
Vooral niet bestellen bij deze website, want als je met de klantenservice te maken krijgt dan …. Echt ontzettend slechte communicatie en afhandeling. Ik heb 7 weken gewacht op de afhandeling van de retour. De enige berichten die ik kreeg waren als ik zelf een vraag stelde en het antwoord was dan altijd dat ik geduld moest hebben. Pas op met dit bedrijf dus.

False promotion codes on their website, badly functioning website, poor quality products and really dreadful customer service.
The website doesn’t compute a delivery address that doesn’t have a number, just a name.
The promotions advertised on the front page of their website cannot be entered at checkout, so basically it’s just false advertising.
Customer service took 15 days to answer my complaint. There was no apology, no offer of assistance and just very unhelpful. Rudely told that promotions could not be retrospectively applied. It wasn’t retrospective when I bought the items in good faith on the promise of 20% off!
Triumph used to make such good quality products but the latest ones are rather cheap and nasty looking; their prices have increased substantially, so they have become very expensive now. Triumph goods have become extremely poor value for money.
Judging by how long it takes them to answer e-mails, I guess they’re having a lot of complaints at the moment.

They could definitely put more care into their e-commerce solution to improve the consumer experience during the purchasing process, but delivery is quick, reliable, well-packaged and returns are very easy.
Their customer service however doesn't match this experience: I wrote to them about a year ago, enquiring about latex-free underwear and asking which products would be suitable for me.
To this day, I have not even received an acknowledgement of my enquiry, despite being a loyal customer for the past ten years, having spent a fair amount of money purchasing ALL my underwear at Triumph Online.
I have now taken my custom elsewhere.
Placed an order but never received it. Contacted the servicedesk, they asked me to place another order (and pay again!) I wanted my money back, they promised me a refund within 10 days but I never received anything.
Now they claim that they already paid it, I should contact my bank. They cannot give me any proof of payment. This is ridiculous, don’t order here unless you want to waste money.
