Delivery of Heals Rug.
The van driver arrived on time and met my husband. They had a few problems finding the house as we live in a small hamlet, however, they found us in the end. They were very helpful & took the rug upstairs and laid it. Many thanks for looking after us so well.

Wilko order
Was told upon purchasing my item that it would be delivered by a certain date, the order was a week late. The company called me to book in my delivery which I confirmed was okay, I then received an email asking me to reply and confirm again otherwise my order wouldn't be sent. If I hadn't of seen the email I may have missed my delivery. Seems ridiculous when I'd already spoken to someone. I was given a time slot of 7am - 10am on a Saturday .. they arrived at 6.15am ! I have a baby in the house and I am not impressed that you think this is acceptable to knock on someone's door at 6 in the morning
