I deposited $25 twice and won a few hundred dollars. I cashed out but noticed after a whole day the money never arrived. I get back on their site and text the support chat and was told to wait another 24-48 hours. I reached out after that time frame and was told the same thing again. They have on their website that their withdrawals are instant. This is not true. All of their support staff are very nice until this issue occurred. Now everyone is rude and dismissive. Stay away from here! They started ignoring me. I still haven’t been paid. They’ll tell you send emails and text random numbers with no response. It’s very frustrating, unprofessional and unacceptable. They’ll even try to have you reverse your cash out for wagered bonuses! I don’t think I will be paid. I wish I would’ve known. Be careful.

I have made several deposits with this website with only 1 $500 withdrawal in over a year playing.. On August 16th 2024 I won $1,000 while playing. I submitted a payout request on that day. It is now almost 2 months later and I still have not received my payout. The payout is still in "requested" status. Every time I reach out to chat I either get ignored or I get told "technical issues you'll get it soon," "I have to talk to my manager," "the finance team is processing it" or "you'll get it soon." Nothing has changed in 2 months and they still continue to advertise "instant withdrawals on bitcoin."
