Reliable but late delivery

telefunken tv
so sad, don't know is the telefunken TV that bad or mine is faulty, I buy 55 inch telefunken, in October 2023 in Athy, and after one week I need to return it because of some big white spots on the screen, and they send it back to Cork to be fixed, now TV is back and they said that everything is OK with a TV, but the spots are there and everybody pretend to not seeing them 😭😔I wish I could put the pics here, so avoid euronics and telefunken, they selling faulty tv's

Bought a dryer a few days after xmas 2022 took ahes to arrive after ten months it broke getting a replacement was told woupd be here this week and it hasnt was offered a voucher for on line !!!

Over charged for delivery
I was charged for a two man delivery by default. One delivery man arrived and he was a lovely man, but I felt so sorry for him and I had to help him bring the fridge in. I did report this to Euronics but I am still to receive a refund on the delivery.
Other than that, the service was very good and I am very happy with my fridge.
