Very bad experience with Eurosender.de

I shipped 4 used wheels for about €23.50 each. The FedEx driver first came, inspected the packaging, said it was fine, but couldn’t fit all 4 wheels in the van and came back later to collect them.

A week after successful delivery, Eurosender suddenly charged my card over €320 extra (€80.65 per wheel) for “additional packaging/handling costs.”

To make things worse, the wheels were delivered to a random person instead of me, and one wheel was scratched because the person opened the packaging and left the rim lying on sharp rocks.

Be very careful with surprise post-delivery charges and poor delivery handling.

⚠️ 5 months. 3 destroyed appliances. Zero resolution.

We used Eurosender to ship two boxes from Portugal to Germany, containing three electronic appliances — a Xiaomi Air Fryer, a Thermomix/Bimby, and a Coffee Machine. We paid for additional insurance coverage of €1,000 per box.

All three appliances arrived completely destroyed and unusable:

• Xiaomi Air Fryer — power socket cracked, non-functional
• Thermomix/Bimby — upper plastic housing cracked
• Coffee Machine — water reservoir cracked

Every item was carefully packed with bubble wrap inside reinforced boxes. The Thermomix was placed in its official, purpose-built Thermomix transport carry case — designed by the manufacturer specifically for safe transit.

We submitted our claims on January 19th, 2025 (Claim Forms 929000-25 and 068623-25), providing all requested documentation and photographs in full compliance with Eurosender's own guidelines.

Five months later, we have received nothing — no decision, no compensation, no clear timeline, and no meaningful communication despite numerous emails and phone calls.

We paid for a professional service and insurance. We followed every rule. We provided every document. And yet here we are, five months on, still waiting.

If you are considering using Eurosender for valuable or fragile items — especially with their insurance add-on — please be aware of our experience. We hope no one else has to go through this.

I sent 25 Boxes from Switzerland to…

I sent 25 Boxes from Switzerland to Greece and the shipment took 1.5 months instread of 4 days that were promised.
I am not an expert in export matters but I had to fill out a form with export codes without any knowledge or help from Eurosender. Since I was not assisted with this many things went wrong and the shipment couldn't get out of the costums.
I had to contact the greek costums myself around 15 times to solve the problem because Eurosender did not help me properly after I paid them.
At some point I even got informed that the cosutums might send my things back or destroy them if they wouldnt get the right papers.
This was one of the most stressful experiences I ever had with a company.

Be aware!!

For a super-urgent issue, I ordered express delivery of documents and paid for it in advance. Pick-up was promised for the next day from 9:00 to 18:00, but no one appeared, called, or contacted me. I cancelled all my appointments and waited the whole day in vain, and couldn't get through to anyone by phone.

My emails were only met with evasive responses. The company only wanted to refund me part of the amount, even though the service was not provided. Although, even this refund sounded suspicious.

Not trustworthy. I absolutely do not recommend them.

Eurosender is a company of THIEVES..

Eurosender is a company of thieves and scammers, DO NOT USE this company especially if you want to send your things abroad. They are thieves who do nothing but steal your money, they don't deliver the goods to you, and if you politely explain to them that they made a mistake and didn't deliver anything, they even laugh behind your back,

the Call Center* the ladies who answer are extremely rude and ignorant, you only waste time with them on the phone, they don't help you at all and they are a company of THIEVES.. --- DO NOT USE EUROSENDWER IT IS A SCAM ---

Zo verstuur je geen autowiel...
Een betaling gedaan aan Eurosender om een autowiel te versturen. Afspraak gemaakt. Je moet dan de hele dag aanwezig zijn van 9.00-18.00 uur. Helaas niet komen opdagen. Geen bericht. Dan zelf maar contact opnemen. Sorry drukdruk druk excuses en opnieuw geboekt. Weer niet gekomen. 2e keer excuses bla bla bla maar weer opnieuw geboekt. En inderdaad, weer niet gekomen. 3 dagen voor Piet Snot zitten wachten. Weer excuses en begrip maar ik eiste een refund. Oeps dat is wel heel moeilijk daar moet een manager op worden gezet. Het kan wel eens 30 dagen duren.
GA NIET MET EUROSENDER IN ZEE!! Ze bakken er helemaal niets van. Mijn geld teruggeeist bij Paypal.

Unprofessionell, Finger weg

Kompetente und freundliche Beratung aus Slowenien. Die Dame war ein Highlight.
Abholung perfekt.
Kein Mail, SMS, ...der Zustellungsdaten. Trotz Anrufe meinerseits.
Die Kisten kamen komplett zertrümmert an. Was kaputt gehen konnte ging kaputt. Sogar Zinnteller waren verbogen.
Guter Start, ab Abholung Unprofessionalität höchsten Grades.
Bei dem Preis habe ich mehr erwartet.

HORRIBLE

HORRIBLE. A combination of lack and poor communication. They only give you a mix of "apologies" with "it was a confusion". Never got a confirmation email, the customer service is defective, the pickup was a no-show. Do yourself.a favour and pay for DHL.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I took a day off work (they are unnable to provide a pick up time) and they did not show up!!!! Hopefully they will go bankrupt because of their incompetence and sub pair service

Worst service

I sent my two bags filled with my stuff from Berlin to Weingarten on 4th October, on 6th October I received one parcel with my details on it but it was not mine. It was someone else's parcel they wrongly delivered to me with my label on it. Also there is no details about my second parcel. I logged a complaint about it and they say we are working with our delivery partner DPD but I haven't received any clue about my bags till now.
My order Ids are 657671-21 and 936930-21. If anybody (ie. any authorities) is reading this review and can help me with that then it would be great.

Don't trust Eurosender and DPD. They are worst service providers.

Sono SENZA PAROLE

Sono SENZA PAROLE. Valigia PERSA 2 VOLTE!!

Valigia spedita il 19 Maggio da Stoccolma diretta a Milano. Arrivo previsto in 2 giorni lavorativi.

Dopo 4 giorni la valigia non si trovava più, informazioni non trasparenti da parte del customer service che inventato scuse "per non farmi preoccupare" (parole di una centralinista di Eurosender dopo la mia ennesima chiamata/email).

La valigia viene ritrovata a San Giuliano Milanese il 28 maggio, con consegna garantita la settimana dopo.

Oggi ricevo una email dicendo che la valigia non si riesce a trovare DI NUOVO e che se non si ritroverà entro il 9 Giugno verrà dichiarata persa.

Io sono davvero senza parole per L'INEFFICIENZA e la NON TRASPARENZA di EUROSENDER (non date esclusivamente la colpa al corriere, perchè avete ammesso al telefono di non avermi voluto dare le informazioni corrette appunto "per non farmi preoccupare").

OLTRE IL DANNO LA BEFFA. Se la valigia non si dovesse trovare, EUROSENDER non rimborsa NEMMENO LE SPESE DI SPEDIZIONE.

Mi chiedo come nel 2021 si possa perdere una Valigia di 30kg con 2 etichette con il nominativo ed indirizzo di recapito. e soprattutto come sia possibile che per questo servizio INDEGNO non venga nemmeno risarcita delle spese di spedizione.

Spero davvero che questa recensione serva ad altri clienti a non far fare lo stesso errore e fidarsi di Eurosender.
