BIG SCAM
Just tried this service after seeing it was sponsored by Google. Booked a day and a half ago and got the confirmation. Now Day of my 5:15 am taxi did not show, no driver, call/text/ email or anything. Cant get in contact with anyone either from the company. BIG SCAM , wish I had seen the reviews here.

Wish I’ve read reviews before, I can only add the same, fraud. Took money and no show up at 4 am when it’s hard to get a taxi to get to airport. No emails saying they are unable to provide service, going to report them.

Cancelled at 3am for an 8am pick up via email!
Ordered a taxi online. It was confirmed and paid for. It was for 4 people to start a hike. At 3am the morning before we were to be collected at 8am I was sent an email saying the car they had allocated was not available and my money would be returned in 5-7 working days. Absolutely chaos ensued in trying to get to our destination for the hike. I would not recommend this company as if that is how they treat customers cancelling at 3am for an 8am pick up on the same day it is really poor service, unreliable and not recommended. Just to update this it is now the 5th July and I still have had no refund or communication from them and have given them 24hrs to return the money or will be reporting it as fraudulent activity. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Fraudulent business.... they will take your money and not show up after. When I booked it it I got a message saying a driver would contact me but they didn't. I tried to get the money back but they wouldn't refund it. *DO NOT BOOK THEM* also I've reported them to Topchaffeur in the UK as they're using their reviews and when I paid on Revolut the transaction name changes from Eurotaxy to Topchaffeur who are also looking into this now.

Do not even consider using this company.
I found this company online offering taxis at a competitive price. I booked one for today at 12.00 to transfer us from Vila Joiosa to Alicante (€37) and one for 24th June at 8.30 to take us to the airport (€27).
After 30 minutes of the expected time, there was still no taxi so we got a local taxi which cost us €63.50.
This led to us emailing them to cancel the taxi for 24th June and asking for a full refund of €64 for both journeys.
So far we have been ignored, so I guess ill have to dispute both payments via my visa.
Awful service.

Don’t trust this web-page. I paid for transfer in advance and the taxi didn’t come to pick up. Then tried to contact them on e-mail and no result. They have no telephone number to contact. I reported about the fraud to the bank and police.

DO NOT USE. I have reported this company to the Police’s fraud department who will share it with INTERPOL.
They take your money, but do not turn up. They claim to be registered in France in Rue des Rigoles, but a different business is at that location. They calculate the trip based on mileage and a monetary amount and provide you with a figure. You could key in New York to Los Angeles and it would calculate an amount for it. Ridiculous!
There is no phone number on their website.
Under the section 'Our Customers' they listed Google reviews that they have actually stolen from a very good taxi company in Surrey, United Kingdom.
