poslední aktualizace 17:32 zásilka naložena uzel Ruse (BG), pak 9.4.2026 16:02 naloženy uzel Senec (SK) a slehla se zem. eště, že jsem neplatil předem, jelikož každý bezdomovec, který by dostal úkol doručit zásilku ze SK do ČR by byl podstatně rýchlejši než euShipments. Zdraví Vás František Kuna, který o zásílku ztratil zájem.

Incompetent sales agent

I spoke with one of their sales agents a week ago, and he said he would send all the pricing information. Until now, nothing, and he did not even acknowledge my last WhatsApp message. Well, an opportunity for collaboration is missed by the company..

Very poor delivery service - No delivery attempt, no updates, no customer service

I had two different deliveries, from two different companies, both handled by euShipments, and both failed in exactly the same way.
In both cases, the parcels were stuck with no tracking updates for more than 10 days, and then returned to the sender without any delivery attempt and without contacting the recipient (no call, no message, no email).
I also contacted euShipments customer service, but never received any response.
This level of service is unacceptable. Holding parcels for days and returning them without trying to deliver or inform the recipient shows a serious lack of professionalism and reliability.
I would not recommend euShipments based on this experience.

euShipments.com operates as a cross-border logistics integrator, working with multiple last-mile delivery partners depending on the destination country. While this allows us to provide wide international coverage, we acknowledge that delays or incomplete tracking updates can occur if a domestic partner experiences operational issues or fails to transmit delivery events correctly.

That said, parcels should never be returned without proper delivery attempts or communication, and we take such cases seriously.

Bad portugal experience

I had a very bad experience with Eushipment. Shipping to Portugal was extremely slow, with some orders taking more than one month and still not delivered. Their support team is always late, not very responsive, and several of my emails were never answered. Communication is poor and the service is unreliable. I do not recommend using Eushipment for fulfillment, especially if you need consistent and fast shipping.

I put 2 stars because their service in Bulgaria is better

Please don't use their services

Never ordering from someone who uses their service again. Horrible service. Never picked up one package for delivery, lost the second and their customer service isn't helpful att all. They kept convincing me it was in transit for weeks even though it was supposed to be delivered long ago. Then they blamed their partners without any proof. Never even tried to look for the package in their warehouse or look into whoever was supposed to deliver it to Croatia. "Lost" two packeges with an expensive perfume within days, never admitted it, never apologized or said we'll make sure that doesn't happen again...
Low rating is absolutely true despite all the supposedly positive reviews from their partners...
And don't be fooled by their answers here how they will help you...

I had to receive my order at 13.09.2024.
Now is 19.09.2024 and I have still not received my order.
Avoid this company
Actually it is confirmed that packet has been lost.
This company is total disaster.
